Description
請求項2に記載の発明によれば、バッテリの軸中心から離間するメス型端子に接続するバッテリボックスのオス型端子の先端を、バッテリの一端面によって縮退させてバッテリのガイド溝に沿ってメス型端子まで案内し、このメス型端子に至らしめて伸長させ、メス型端子にスムーズに接続させることができ、また、バッテリボックスのオス型端子を段差に隣接させることで、バッテリを電気的な接続状態で保持することができる。
請求項3に記載の発明によれば、電装品ボックス内に効率的に各種電装品及びバッテリが搭載され、電装品ボックスのコンパクト化が図れる。また、2つのバッテリボックスの間のスペースを有効利用して、部品をさらに設けて、効率的に部品を電装品ボックス内に設けることができる。具体的に、請求項4のように、2つのバッテリボックスの間のスペースに配線を設けることができる。
請求項5に記載の発明によれば、蓋部材によってバッテリの位置決めができ、また盗難防止が図られる。
請求項6に記載の発明によれば、上下方向等でバッテリを収納する場合よりも、バッテリの脱着作業を行い易くすることができる。
電装品ボックス20は、側面視で略三角形状をなす三辺のうちの、一辺を上下方向に沿わせてダウンフレーム6に固定し、このダウンフレーム6に固定された一辺の下端から後方に延びる辺を前後方向に沿わせてボトムフレーム7に固定している。また、ダウンフレーム6及びボトムフレーム7に固定されない電装品ボックス20の一辺は、メインフレーム4の下面に沿って延在し、この下面に近接した状態になっている。
そして、図5(A)を参照し、突出部50aは、該突出部50aに向けて開放することになる取っ手部34における上記連結部のコ字状の開放部に、バッテリ24の軸線C1に沿って挿入されることで、バッテリ24の回転を規制するものである。詳しくは、この突出部50aは、取っ手部34における上記連結部に沿って比較的長く延在しており、バッテリ24が回転しようとした際に、取っ手部34の上記連結部のコ字状の開放部の壁部に当接することで回転を規制するものである。
そして、図5(B)に示すように、突出部50bは、コ字状の取っ手部34における上記連結部においてバッテリ24の軸線C1から径方向の外側に離れた位置に形成された貫通孔34aに挿入されることで、バッテリ24の回転を規制するものである。
また、図5(C)に示すように、突出部50cは、取っ手部34をバッテリ24の軸線C1を挟んで両側で挟み込み、バッテリ24が回転した場合に取っ手部34に当接することで回転を規制するものである。なお、ここで突出部50cは、取っ手部34をバッテリ24の軸線C1を挟んで両側で挟み込む構成であるが、取っ手部50cは、軸線C1を基準として取っ手部34の片側のみに形成されるだけでもよい。しかし、この場合は、取っ手部34の上記連結部に沿って長く形成され、軸線C1に跨るように形成される必要がある。
この際、ガイド溝37が設けられていることで、上述したように、オス型負極端子41の先端部41Aを、メス型負極端子33にスムーズに接続させることができ、また、バッテリ24を電気的な接続状態で保持することが可能となっている。そして、蓋部材21で電装品ボックス20を閉じて、突出部50a〜50cをバッテリ24(取っ手部34)に当接させる。
一方、バッテリ24を取り外す際には、使用者はまず、蓋部材21を開き、次に取っ手部34を把持して、バッテリ24をバッテリボックス25から抜ける方向に回転操作して、取り外す。

Claims (6)
- 円柱型のバッテリ(24)を、車両側に設けられる円筒状のバッテリボックス(25)に脱着可能に搭載するための電動車両における円柱型バッテリの搭載構造において、
前記バッテリ(24)が一対のメス型端子(32,33)を備え、これら一対のメス型端子(32,33)は、一方(32)が、前記バッテリ(24)の軸中心に配置されて、該バッテリ(24)の一端面から凹むように設けられるとともに、他方(33)が、前記軸中心から離間した位置に配置されて、前記バッテリ(24)の一端面から凹むように設けられており、
前記バッテリ(24)の外周面に雄ねじ部(35)が設けられ、
前記バッテリ(24)の他端面に取っ手部(34)が設けられ、
前記バッテリボックス(25)の内周面には、前記雄ねじ部(35)が螺合する雌ねじ部(36)が設けられ、
前記バッテリボックス(25)の底面には、前記メス型端子(32,33)に接続する一対のオス型端子(40,41)が設けられ、
前記バッテリ(24)が、前記バッテリボックス(25)の内側で回転操作されて、該バッテリボックス(25)の内側に脱着可能に搭載されることを特徴とする電動車両における円柱型バッテリの搭載構造。 - 前記一対のオス型端子(40,41)のうちの、前記一対のメス型端子(32,33)のうちの他方(33)に接続するオス型端子(41)が、その先端を前記メス型端子(33)側に付勢された状態で押し込み可能に構成され、
前記バッテリ(24)の一端面には、前記一対のメス型端子(32,33)のうちの他方(33)に接続して、前記バッテリ(24)の軸中心に対する周方向に延在し、前記一対のメス型端子(32,33)のうちの他方(33)に近づくにつれて、次第に深さが深くなるガイド溝(37)が形成され、
前記前記一対のメス型端子(32,33)のうちの他方(33)と前記ガイド溝(37)とが接続した部位には、段差(D)が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動車両における円柱型バッテリの搭載構造。 - 前記バッテリボックス(25)は、前記車両側に設けられる電装品ボックス(20)内に少なくとも1つ以上形成されており、
前記電装品ボックス(20)内には、前記バッテリ(24)からモータへ供給する電力を制御するコントローラ(26)、前記バッテリ(24)の電力を降圧するダウンレギュレータ(27)、及び前記バッテリ(24)の充電を管理するバッテリマネージメントユニット(28)が設けられ、
前記バッテリボックス(25)は、前記コントローラ(26)、前記ダウンレギュレータ(27)、及び前記バッテリマネージメントユニット(28)を避けて形成されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の電動車両における円柱型バッテリの搭載構造。 - 前記バッテリボックス(25)は、少なくとも2つ形成され、これら少なくとも2つの前記バッテリボックス(25)のうちの、隣接する前記バッテリボックス(25)の間のスペースに、これらバッテリボックス(25)にそれぞれ収納される前記バッテリ(24)を電気的に接続させるための配線(43)が設けられることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電動車両における円柱型バッテリの搭載構造。
- 前記電装品ボックス(20)には、施錠手段(23)を備える開閉可能な蓋部材(21)が設けられ、前記バッテリ(24)の他端面に対向する前記蓋部材(21)の内面に、前記バッテリ(24)に当接し、該バッテリ(24)の回転を規制する突出部(50a,50b,50c)が設けられることを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載の電動車両における円柱型バッテリの搭載構造。
- 前記バッテリボックス(25)は、車幅方向外側に向けて開放することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の電動車両における円柱型バッテリの搭載構造。
