Abstract
本发明公开了一种为电动自行车供电的便携式水壶型柱状电池,其包括一柱状电池盒体,电池盒体的内部封装有电池本体,电池盒体的一端设置有提手,另一端引出有电源输出线,且在柱状电池盒体的电源输出线端设置有用于盛放电源输出线的圆柱状电线盒;电线盒的内部设置有一空心绕线轴,空心绕线轴同轴可旋转的设置在圆柱状电线盒中,且空心绕线轴的外端与手柄连接,通过旋转手柄带动空心绕线轴旋转,在空心绕线轴上设置有第一通孔,在电线盒上设置有第二通孔,电池的电源输出线穿入空心绕线轴并穿过第一通孔和第二通孔引出圆柱状电线盒,收线时,旋转手柄带动空心绕线轴旋转,使电源输出线绕在空心绕线轴上;放线时,直接将电源输出线拉出即可。

技术领域
本发明属于电动自行车技术领域,具体涉及一种为电动自行车供电的便携式水壶型柱状电池。
背景技术
现有的电动自行车的电池通常是固定内装在车架上,或者可拆卸的设置在车架上。
1、电池内嵌在车架上:此类车架电池必须采用专业工具拆卸,普通消费者无法取出,使用尤其是充电时需要将整车移动到充电座旁边,使用不方便;另外电池容量大小受车架管材空间的限制,变化空间小;
2、电池可拆卸的安装在车架上:此类车架电池可移动,但电池移动后电源连接线留在车体上(现有的电动车是在车体上设置用电电源连接线,电池上设置有插口,使用时,将电源连接线插入电池的插口),影响车辆美观,且长期裸露室外容易损坏,影响骑行安全。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种为电动自行车供电的便携式水壶型柱状电池。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种为电动自行车供电的便携式水壶型柱状电池,其包括一柱状电池盒体,柱状电池盒体的内部封装有电池本体,柱状电池盒体的一端设置有提手,
柱状电池盒体的另一端引出有电源输出线,且在柱状电池盒体的电源输出线端设置有用于盛放电源输出线的圆柱状电线盒;圆柱状电线盒的内部设置有一空心绕线轴,空心绕线轴同轴可旋转的设置在圆柱状电线盒中,且空心绕线轴的外端与圆柱状电线盒外部的手柄连接,通过旋转手柄带动空心绕线轴旋转,在空心绕线轴上设置有第一通孔,在圆柱状电线盒上设置有第二通孔,电池的电源输出线穿入空心绕线轴并穿过第一通孔和第二通孔引出圆柱状电线盒,收线时,旋转手柄带动空心绕线轴旋转,使电源输出线绕在空心绕线轴上;放线时,直接将电源输出线拉出即可。
在上述技术方案中,柱状电池盒体的直径为8-12cm。
在上述技术方案中,所述提手为半圆环形,半圆环形提手与柱状电池盒体铰接,使用时可将提手打开,方便使用者手提电池。
在上述技术方案中,电源输出线长度为1-2m。
本发明的优点和有益效果为:
本发明的水壶型柱状电池,设计合理、体积小巧,将电池做成柱状,可以方便的将电池安置在电单车的水壶架上;相比与现有的电动车电池,本发明的电池具有电源输出线,方便与电单车上的电源接口连接,为其供电,且且在柱状电池盒体的电源输出线端设置有用于盛放电源输出线的圆柱状电线盒,圆柱状电线盒的内部设置有一空心绕线轴,空心绕线轴与手柄连接;收线时,旋转手柄带动空心绕线轴旋转,使电源输出线绕在空心绕线轴上;放线时,直接将电源输出线拉出即可。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
参见附图1-3,本发明所涉及的一种为电动自行车供电的便携式水壶型柱状电池,其整体为圆柱状,其直径为10cm,其包括一柱状电池盒体1,柱状电池盒体1的内部封装有电池本体,柱状电池盒体1的一端设置有提手2,所述提手为半圆环形,半圆环形提手2与柱状电池盒体1铰接,使用时可将提手2打开,方便使用者手提电池;
柱状电池盒体1的另一端引出有电源输出线5(电源输出线5长度为1-2m),在柱状电池盒体1的电源输出线端设置有用于盛放电源输出线5的圆柱状电线盒3,参见附图4-5,圆柱状电线盒3的内部设置有一空心绕线轴6,空心绕线轴6同轴可旋转的设置在圆柱状电线盒3中,且空心绕线轴6的外端与圆柱状电线盒3外部的手柄4连接,通过旋转手柄带动空心绕线轴6旋转,在空心绕线轴6上设置有第一通孔6-1,在圆柱状电线盒3上设置有第二通孔3-1,电池的电源输出线5穿入空心绕线轴6并穿过第一通孔6-1和第二通孔3-1引出圆柱状电线盒3,收线时,旋转手柄带动空心绕线轴6旋转,使电源输出线5绕在空心绕线轴6上;放线时,直接将电源输出线5拉出,并将其连接至电单车的电源接口(图6)。

1.一种为电动自行车供电的便携式水壶型柱状电池,其包括一柱状电池盒体,柱状电池盒体的内部封装有电池本体,柱状电池盒体的一端设置有提手,
柱状电池盒体的另一端引出有电源输出线,且在柱状电池盒体的电源输出线端设置有用于盛放电源输出线的圆柱状电线盒;圆柱状电线盒的内部设置有一空心绕线轴,空心绕线轴同轴可旋转的设置在圆柱状电线盒中,且空心绕线轴的外端与圆柱状电线盒外部的手柄连接,通过旋转手柄带动空心绕线轴旋转,在空心绕线轴上设置有第一通孔,在圆柱状电线盒上设置有第二通孔,电池的电源输出线穿入空心绕线轴并穿过第一通孔和第二通孔引出圆柱状电线盒,收线时,旋转手柄带动空心绕线轴旋转,使电源输出线绕在空心绕线轴上;放线时,直接将电源输出线拉出即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的为电动自行车供电的便携式水壶型柱状电池,其特征在于:柱状电池盒体的直径为8-12cm。
