Claims (14)
- 一体に形成された静電容量タッチパネルであって、
物理的触覚入力を受ける第1の表面と、第2の表面とを有する単一基板と、
センシング領域を規定するよう、前記単一基板の前記第2の表面の外周部に形成されたマスク層と、
前記単一基板の前記第2の表面に形成されたセンス回路と、
前記単一基板と前記マスク層との間に配置され、ノイズ信号を防止するシールド層と、を含み、
前記センス回路が
前記物理的触覚入力を検出するために前記センシング領域内に設けられた透明な導電性電極と、
前記センシング領域の外側に形成され、前記マスク層によって覆われたメタルトレースを備え、
前記透明な導電性電極が前記センシング領域から前記マスク層の底面まで延びている、
一体に形成された静電容量タッチパネル。 - 一体に形成された静電容量タッチパネルであって、
物理的触覚入力を受ける第1の表面と、第2の表面とを有する単一基板と、
センシング領域を規定するよう、前記単一基板の前記第2の表面の外周部に形成されたマスク層と、
前記物理的触覚入力を検出するセンス回路と、
前記単一基板と前記マスク層との間に配置され、ノイズ信号を防止するシールド層と、を含み、
前記センス回路が前記単一基板の前記第2の表面に形成され、
前記センス回路が
前記物理的触覚入力を検出するために前記センシング領域内に設けられた透明な導電性電極と、
前記センシング領域の外側に形成され、前記マスク層によって覆われたメタルトレースを備え、
前記透明な導電性電極が前記センシング領域から前記マスク層の底面まで延びている、
一体に形成された静電容量タッチパネル。 - 前記センス回路が前記マスク層に結合されている請求項2に記載の一体に形成された静電容量タッチパネル。
- 前記メタルトレースが前記マスク層の表面に形成されている請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の一体に形成された静電容量タッチパネル。
- 前記センス回路は、さらに
前記単一基板の前記第1の表面が受けた物理的触覚入力を検出して、前記物理的触覚入力に応じた第1の軸方向のセンス信号を出力する第1のセンス回路と、
絶縁層と、
前記単一基板の前記第1の表面が受けた物理的触覚入力を検出して、前記物理的触覚入力に応じた第2の軸方向のセンス信号を出力する第2のセンス回路と、を備え、
前記単一基板、前記マスク層、前記第1のセンス回路、前記絶縁層、及び前記第2のセンス回路が一体に形成されている、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の一体に形成された静電容量タッチパネル。 - 前記絶縁層が前記第1のセンス回路と前記第2のセンス回路との間に設けられ、
透明な前記絶縁層が前記第1のセンス回路を前記第2のセンス回路から電気的に絶縁する請求項5に記載の一体に形成された静電容量タッチパネル。 - 前記単一基板がガラス物質又はプラスチック物質によって形成されている請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の一体に形成された静電容量タッチパネル。
- 前記一体に形成された静電容量タッチパネルは、表示パネル上に直接、配置できる請求項1に記載の一体に形成された静電容量タッチパネル。
- 前記センス回路の表面上に一体に形成される保護膜と、
前記保護膜上に配置され、表示パネルと接合する接着層と、
をさらに含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の一体に形成された静電容量タッチパネル。 - 前記導電性電極が、前記単一基板の前記第1の表面が受けた前記物理的触覚入力による静電容量効果で生成され、タッチされた位置に対応する容量センス信号を出力する、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の一体に形成された静電容量タッチパネル。
- タッチされた位置の座標を検出又は算出するために前記容量センス信号が前記メタルトレースに沿ってプロセッサに転送される、請求項10に記載の一体に形成された静電容量タッチパネル。
- 前記導電性電極が透明導電物質によって形成される、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の一体に形成された静電容量タッチパネル。
- 前記マスク層が、ブラックレジスト物質又は他の不透明なコーティング物質によって形成される、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の一体に形成された静電容量タッチパネル。
- 一体に形成された静電容量タッチパネルであって、
物理的触覚入力を受ける第1の表面と、第2の表面とを有する単一基板と、
センシング領域を規定するように、前記単一基板の前記第2の表面の外周部に形成されたマスク層と、
センス回路と、
前記センス回路の表面上に一体に形成される保護膜と、
前記保護膜上に配置され、表示パネルと接合する接着層と、
前記単一基板と前記マスク層との間に配置され、ノイズ信号を防止するシールド層と、を含み、
前記センス回路が前記単一基板の前記第2の表面に形成され、
前記センス回路がさらに、
前記物理的触覚入力を検出するためにセンシング領域に対応する領域内に設けられた透明な導電性電極と、
前記領域の外側に形成され、前記マスク層によって覆われたメタルトレースを備え、
前記透明な導電性電極が前記センシング領域から前記マスク層の底面まで延びている、
一体に形成された静電容量タッチパネル。
