Description
鋼表面が公知の薬剤で処理される場合、面は中程度にしか塗らされず、このことは、例えばワックス又はシリコーンのような、低い表面張力を有する洗浄されなかった堆積の存在に帰せられる。本発明による冷却剤及び離型剤が使用される場合、表面の良好な湿潤が生じ、このことは、本発明による生成物の完全な水溶性に帰せられる
さらに、双方の冷却剤及び離型剤の分解挙動を、材料1.2343の鋼板上で、その際、鋼板をまず、500℃の熱さのオーブン中でおよそ5分加熱し、且つ各々のプレートを、双方の生成物の1つで上記の方法に従って圧し込んだ。この作業を3回繰り返した。その際、作業1回につき、冷却剤及び離型剤150mlを使用した。
Claims (26)
- 再利用可能な鋳型用の冷却作用及び離型作用を兼ね備える剤を製造するための濃縮物において、該濃縮物が、タンパク質を10%〜50%の質量割合で含み、ここで、該タンパク質が、1,000〜7,000ダルトンの分子量、16〜19%の窒素含有率及び10〜15%のヒドロキシプロリン含有率を有するゼラチンであることを特徴とする濃縮物。
- 機械加工用の冷却作用及び潤滑作用を兼ね備える剤を製造するための濃縮物において、該濃縮物が、タンパク質を10%〜50%の質量割合で含み、ここで、該タンパク質が、1,000〜7,000ダルトンの分子量、16〜19%の窒素含有率及び10〜15%のヒドロキシプロリン含有率を有するゼラチンであることを特徴とする濃縮物。
- 前記濃縮物が、親水コロイドを0.1〜10%の質量割合で含有するか、又はポリマーを0.1〜10%の質量割合で含有することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2記載の濃縮物。
- 前記親水コロイドが、寒天、イナゴマメ穀粉、ペクチン、アラビアゴム、デンプン又はコーンスターチの少なくとも1種以上の物質から選択されており、又は前記ポリマーが、ポリエチレングリコール又はポリビニルアルコールであることを特徴とする、請求項3記載の濃縮物。
- 前記濃縮物が、防腐剤を0.1〜5%の質量割合で含有することを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の濃縮物。
- 前記防腐剤が、ソルビン酸カリウム又はアスコルビン酸であることを特徴とする、請求項5記載の濃縮物。
- 前記濃縮物が、イオン性界面活性剤を0.1〜5%の質量割合で含有することを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の濃縮物。
- 前記イオン性界面活性剤が、ドデシル硫酸ナトリウムであることを特徴とする、請求項7記載の濃縮物。
- 前記濃縮物が、有機酸又は無機酸を0.1〜5%の質量割合で含有することを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の濃縮物。
- 前記有機酸又は無機酸が、クエン酸、乳酸、ギ酸、シュウ酸、リン酸又はp−トルエンスルホン酸の群から選択されていることを特徴とする、請求項9記載の濃縮物。

- 再利用可能な鋳型用の冷却作用及び離型作用を兼ね備える剤において、該冷却作用及び離型作用を兼ね備える剤が、請求項1又は3から23までのいずれか1項記載の濃縮物を含有し、該濃縮物は水に1:100〜1:1200の体積比で希釈されていることを特徴とする冷却作用及び離型作用を兼ね備える剤。
- 再利用可能な鋳型用の請求項24記載の冷却作用及び離型作用を兼ね備える剤において、前記濃縮物が、水に1:500〜1:1000の体積比で希釈されていることを特徴とする冷却作用及び離型作用を兼ね備える剤。
- 機械加工用の冷却作用及び潤滑作用を兼ね備える剤において、該冷却作用及び潤滑作用を兼ね備える剤が、請求項2から23までのいずれか1項記載の濃縮物を含有し、該濃縮物は水に1:20〜1:500の体積比で希釈されていることを特徴とする冷却作用及び潤滑作用を兼ね備える剤。
