Claims (21)
- 剥離ライナーの製造方法であって、当該製造方法は、ある固有粘度を有する使用済みライナー原料をチップに粉砕する工程と、ライナー原料チップの固有粘度を0.58〜0.7dL/gの範囲に増加させる工程と、ライナー原料に着色剤を混合する工程と、ライナー原料を加熱し、押出してフィルムとする工程とから成り、フィルムは、積層材料の剥離ライナーとして機能する構成を有する剥離面を有することを特徴とする剥離ライナーの製造方法。
- 使用済みライナー原料が、ポリエチレンテレフタレートポリマーから成る請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 着色剤が、緑色フィルムを製造するための緑色または青色着色剤から成る請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- フィルムの黄変指数が1.25未満である請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 使用済みライナー原料をチップの固有粘度を固相重合を介して増加させる請求項1に記載の製造方法。
