Description
本発明は、エネルギー(例えば、音響エネルギー)の使用によりメディカント送達および/または有効性を独特に高めることができる方法およびシステムを提供することによって従来技術を改良する。例示的な実施形態は、膜を予測可能に撹乱し、機械的に熱的に細胞および組織を調節する。例示的な実施形態において、本明細書に開示された方法およびシステムは、複数の組織の層(例えば、細胞膜または組織内の複数の深さ)を調節することができる。

Claims (12)
- 皮下組織におけるメディカント送達および/または有効性を高めるためのシステムであって、前記システムは、
プローブであって、前記プローブは、
超音波エネルギーの第1の周波数が皮膚表面に送達されるように前記超音波エネルギーの前記第1の周波数を前記組織内の第1の深さに送達することにより、衝撃波を生成することにより、メディカントの皮膚表面透過性を高めることと、
前記超音波エネルギーの第2の周波数が少なくとも1つの皮下皮膚層に送達されるように前記超音波エネルギーの前記第2の周波数を前記組織内の第2の深さに送達することにより、前記少なくとも1つの皮下皮膚層を通した前記メディカントの拡散を高めることであって、前記第2の周波数は、前記第1の周波数とは異なり、前記第1の深さは、前記第2の深さとは異なり、前記プローブは、前記超音波エネルギーの前記第1の周波数と前記超音波エネルギーの前記第2の周波数とを同時に送達することにより、前記皮膚表面および前記少なくとも1つの皮下皮膚層を通して、前記組織内の関心のある領域まで前記メディカントを操縦または案内するように構成されている、ことと
