Claims (18)
- アンモニア及び還元触媒(9)を使用して酸素含有排ガス中のNOxを選択的に触媒により還元する方法であって、容器(1)に導入されている固体の貯蔵媒体(2)を加熱することによりガス状アンモニアを使用する、NOxを選択的に触媒により還元する方法において、
安全弁(13)が、ガス状アンモニアを排ガス通路(8)に供給する供給導管(6)とは別の放出導管に配設され、前記容器(1)中に生成したガス状アンモニアの高くなりすぎた蒸気圧の上昇に反応して、前記放出導管を通じて前記ガス状アンモニアを排ガス通路(8)に放出し、それと同時に前記貯蔵媒体(2)への熱供給を中断することを特徴とする、NOxを選択的に触媒により還元する方法。 - 前記放出するアンモニアを、前記還元触媒(9)の上流で、排ガス通路(8)に供給することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記安全弁(13)が、前記容器(1)中の約10〜15バールの圧力で反応することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 前記貯蔵媒体(2)が、吸着によりアンモニアを結合していることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記貯蔵媒体(2)が、化学的錯体の形でアンモニアを結合していることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記貯蔵媒体(2)が、1種以上のアルカリ土類金属および/またはマンガン、鉄、コバルト、ニッケル、銅および/または亜鉛の1種以上の塩を含有することを特徴とする、請求項5記載の方法。
- 前記1種以上の塩が、塩化物および/または硫酸塩であることを特徴とする、請求項6記載の方法。
- 前記貯蔵媒体(2)が塩化ストロンチウムおよび/または塩化カルシウムを含有することを特徴とする、請求項6記載の方法。
- 前記貯蔵媒体(2)を、電気加熱器により、および/または、モーター冷却剤および/または排ガスの廃熱により加熱することを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記貯蔵媒体(2)を50℃〜200℃、またはアンモニア蒸気圧0.1バール〜30バールに加熱することを特徴とする、請求項9記載の方法。
- 前記貯蔵媒体(2)を80℃〜150℃に加熱することを特徴とする、請求項10記載の方法。
- 前記貯蔵媒体(2)をアンモニア蒸気圧2バール〜10バールに加熱することを特徴とする、請求項10記載の方法。
- アンモニアを、排ガスを放出するモーター(7)と還元触媒(9)との間の排ガスに供給することを特徴とする、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 還元触媒(9)および、モーター(7)と還元触媒(9)との間の排ガス通路(8)へのアンモニアの供給導管(6)を有する請求項1から13までのいずれか1項記載の方法を実施する装置であって、前記供給導管(6)が弁(4)を介して容器(1)と接続され、該容器は固体の貯蔵媒体(2)が充填され、加熱装置(3)により加熱可能である装置において、該装置に安全弁(13)を設け、該安全弁(13)が、ガス状アンモニアを排ガス通路(8)に供給する供給導管(6)とは別の放出導管に配設され、前記容器(1)中に生成したガス状アンモニアの高くなりすぎた蒸気圧の上昇に反応して、前記放出導管を通じて前記ガス状アンモニアを排ガス通路(8)に放出し、それと同時に前記貯蔵媒体(2)への熱供給を中断することを特徴とする、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項記載の方法を実施する装置。
- 前記安全弁(13)は、放出するアンモニアが、還元触媒(9)の上流で、排ガス通路(8)に導出されるように排ガス通路(8)と接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項14記載の装置。
- 前記安全弁(13)は、約10〜15バールの開放圧力を有することを特徴とする、請求項14又は15記載の装置。
- 前記容器(1)に導入されている固体の貯蔵媒体(2)の加熱により、前記容器(1)からガス状のアンモニアを取り出すことができ、該ガス状のアンモニアを、アンモニア供給部分(15)及び弁(4、4b)が備えられている供給導管(6)を介して排ガス通路(8)に案内可能であることを特徴とする、請求項14から16までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記供給導管(6)にガス状のアンモニアの緩衝容器(10)が備えられていることを特徴とする、請求項17記載の装置。
