Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. アンモニアおよび還元触媒(9)を使用して酸素含有排ガス中のNOxを 選択的に触媒により還元する方法において、容器(1)に導入されている固体の 貯蔵媒体(2)を加熱することによりガス状アンモニアを使用することを特徴と する、NOxを選択的に触媒により還元する方法。 2. 貯蔵媒体(2)が吸着によりアンモニアを結合している請求の範囲1記載 の方法。 3. 貯蔵媒体(2)が化学的錯体の形でアンモニアを結合している請求の範囲 1記載の方法。 4. 貯蔵媒体(2)が1種以上のアルカリ土類金属および/または1種以上の 第3副族の元素、有利にはマンガン、鉄、コバルト、ニッケル、銅および/また は亜鉛の1種以上の塩、特に塩化物および/または硫酸塩を含有する請求の範囲 3記載の方法。 5. 貯蔵媒体(2)が塩化ストロンチウムおよび/または塩化カルシウムを含 有する請求の範囲4記載の方法。 6. 貯蔵媒体(2)を、電気加熱器および/またはモーター冷却剤および/ま たは排ガスの廃熱により加熱する請求の範囲1から5までのいずれか1項記載の 方法。 7. 貯蔵媒体(2)を50〜200℃、有利には80 〜150℃に加熱する請求の範囲6記載の方法。 8. 貯蔵媒体(2)を加熱してアンモニア蒸気圧0.1〜30バール、有利に は2〜10バールにする請求の範囲6記載の方法。 9. 還元触媒(9)および、モーター(7)と還元触媒(9)との間の排ガス 通路(8)へのアンモニアの供給導管(6)を有する請求の範囲1から8までの いずれか1項記載の方法を実施する装置において、供給導管(6)が弁(4)を 介して容器(1)と接続され、該容器は固体の貯蔵媒体(2)が充填され、加熱 装置(3)により加熱可能であることを特徴とする、NOxを選択的に触媒によ り還元する装置。 10.供給導管(6)にガス状アンモニアの緩衝容器(10)および該容器(10 )から排ガス通路(8)にアンモニアを供給する弁(4b)が備えられている請 求の範囲9記載の装置。
