−温度によって、ガス状流体を保持し、予め保持されたガス状流体を放出することが可能な材料を収容するタンクと、
−ガス状流体の放出を可能にするためにタンク温度を上昇させることが可能な加熱システムとを備えることができる。
−フィルタ11の上流に位置することになるディーゼル酸化触媒等の酸化触媒装置25。そのような酸化触媒装置25は、O2によって、NO,CO及びHCをそれぞれNO2,CO2及びCO2+H2Oに変換するために使用することができる。
−排ガス及び気体アンモニアがSCR装置12に入る前にそれらを混合するための、噴射器20の下流且つSCR装置12の上流に位置することになる、混合室26。
−起こり得るアンモニアスリップを制御するための、SCR装置12の下流に位置することになる、アンモニアスリップ触媒等の、追加酸化触媒装置27。
Claims (25)
- 自動車(1)のシャーシ(2)上に取り付けられる排ガス処理システムであって、
・選択接触還元装置(12)と、
・ガス状流体供給装置(13)であって、
−化学合成物の吸収及び/又は吸着及び/又は形成によってガス状流体を保持し、予め保持されたガス状流体を放出することが可能な材料(15)を収容するタンク(14)と、
−前記材料(15)によるガス状流体の放出を引き起こすことが可能なガス状流体送出システム(16)と、
−前記選択接触還元装置(12)の上流にガス状流体を噴射するための噴射システム(17)とからなる、ガス状流体供給装置(13)とを備えており、
前記選択接触還元装置(12)及び前記ガス状流体供給装置(13)は、前記車両シャーシ(2)に固定される同じフレーム(21)上に配置されることを特徴とする、システム。 - 前記材料(15)によるガス状流体の放出を引き起こすことが可能な前記ガス状流体送出システム(16)は加熱システムであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記加熱システム(16)は、エンジン(5)から流れている排ガスの熱を取り出すことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記加熱システム(16)は、排気管路(8)から分岐する加熱管路(31)を備えており、前記加熱管路(31)は、排ガスを運搬すると共に、前記タンク(14)に熱的に接続され、熱交換器を形成する部分(32)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記排ガス処理システム(10)は、前記加熱管路(31)内の排ガスの流れを制御する弁(33,46)を制御するための制御装置(23)を更に備えていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記加熱管路(31)もまた前記フレーム(21)内に収容されていることを特徴とする、請求項4又は5に記載のシステム。
- 前記加熱システム(16)は、前記エンジン(5)から流れている排ガスの熱と冷却流体との両方によって作動する熱交換器(32,42)を備えており、前記排ガス処理システム(10)は、前記熱交換器内の排ガスの流れと冷却流体の流れを制御し、それによってタンク温度を制御するための制御装置(23)を更に備えていることを特徴とする、請求項2乃至6のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記冷却流体は新鮮空気であることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記加熱管路は、前記熱交換器部分(32)の後で前記排気管路に戻ることを特徴とする、請求項2乃至8のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記噴射システム(17)は、タンク(14)から発し、気体アンモニア注入装置(19)を含む噴射管路(18)と、前記選択接触還元装置(12)の上流にガス状流体を噴射するための噴射器(20)とを備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至9のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記フレーム(21)は、前記エンジン(5)から流れている排ガス用の入口(28)と、大気に向かって放出される処理された排ガス用の出口(29)とを含む、略閉鎖ハウジングを形成することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至10のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記ハウジングは、前記タンク(14)にアクセスするための取り外し可能カバー(30)を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 同じく前記フレーム(21)上に配置されている、微粒子濾過装置(11)を更に備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至12のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 同じく前記フレーム(21)上に配置されている、酸化触媒装置(25)を更に備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至13のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 同じく前記フレーム(21)上に配置されている、排ガス及びガス状流体が前記選択接触還元装置(12)に入る前にそれらを混合するための、前記噴射器(20)の下流且つ前記選択接触還元装置(12)の上流に位置する、混合室(26)を更に備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至14のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 同じく前記フレーム(21)上に配置されている、起こり得る流体スリップを制御するための、前記選択接触還元装置(12)の下流に位置する、追加酸化触媒装置(27)を更に備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至15のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記フレーム(21)は、酸化触媒装置(25)−存在すれば−、微粒子濾過装置(11)、前記ガス状流体供給装置(13)及び混合室(26)−存在すれば−を含む第1の領域(51)と、前記接触還元装置(12)を含む第2の領域(52)とを備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至16のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の領域(51)において、前記タンク(14)は、前記微粒子濾過装置(11)と実質的に平行だが一直線にはならずに配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項17に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の領域(51)は、実質的に平行に延在する第1の範囲(51a)及び第2の範囲(51b)を含むこと、及び、酸化触媒装置(25)及び微粒子濾過装置(11)が前記第1の範囲(51a)内で略同軸に延在する一方で、混合室(26)及び前記タンク(14)が前記第2の範囲(51b)内に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項17又は18のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の領域(51)において、前記タンク(14)は、前記微粒子濾過装置(11)と実質的に直交し、前記微粒子濾過装置(11)の一端の近くに延在することを特徴とする、請求項17に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の領域(51)は、実質的に平行に延在する第1の範囲(51a)及び第2の範囲(51b)を含むこと、前記タンク(14)は、前記第1及び第2の範囲(51a,51b)の端部分で、前記第1及び第2の範囲(51a,51b)にまたがること、及び、前記酸化触媒装置(25)及び前記微粒子濾過装置(11)が前記第1の範囲(51a)内で略同軸に延在する一方で、前記混合室(26)は前記タンク(14)によって占められていない前記第2の範囲(51b)の一部に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項20に記載のシステム。
- 前記タンク(14)内に収容された前記材料(15)は飽和無機塩を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至21のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記ガス状流体はアンモニアであることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至21のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 燃焼エンジン(5)と、前記エンジン(5)から流れている排ガスを大気に向かって運搬する排気管路(8)とからなるエンジン配置であって、前記排気管路(8)内に配置された、請求項1乃至23のいずれかに記載の排ガス処理システム(10)を更に備えていることを特徴とする、エンジン配置。
- シャーシ(2)と、請求項24に記載のエンジン配置(4)とからなり、フレーム(21)が前記車両シャーシ(2)に固定されている自動車。
