Claims (8)
- ミキサ車の架台に回転自在に搭載されるミキサドラムと、当該ミキサドラムを回転駆動する油圧モータと、ミキサ車のエンジンの動力によって駆動されるとともに前記油圧モータに圧油を供給する油圧ポンプと、を備えたミキサドラム駆動装置において、
前記ミキサドラムを攪拌回転させるように前記油圧モータへ前記油圧ポンプとは独立して圧油を供給可能な補助油圧ポンプと、前記補助油圧ポンプを回転駆動する複数の電動機と、を備える補助油圧装置を設け、
前記ミキサドラムを攪拌回転中に前記エンジンが停止すると、前記補助油圧ポンプを回転駆動する前記複数の電動機を、前記ミキサドラムの負荷に応じて選択作動させることにより、前記ミキサドラムの攪拌回転数を予め設定した攪拌回転数に維持するようにしたことを特徴とするミキサドラム駆動装置。 - 前記補助油圧装置は、複数の補助油圧ポンプを備え、夫々の補助油圧ポンプが対応する電動機に連結されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のミキサドラム駆動装置。
- 前記補助油圧装置は、少なくとも一個の補助油圧ポンプを備え、補助油圧ポンプは複数の電動機に連結されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のミキサドラム駆動装置。
- 前記補助油圧装置の補助油圧ポンプの吐出圧を検出することにより、前記ミキサドラムの負荷が検出されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一つに記載のミキサドラム駆動装置。
- 前記油圧ポンプと油圧モータとを接続する管路にはエンジン停止時に前記油圧ポンプと油圧モータとの接続を遮断する切換弁を設け、
前記補助油圧装置は、補助油圧ポンプから吐出した圧油を、チェック弁を介して、前記管路を経由して油圧モータへ供給する供給管路と、油圧モータから前記管路に排出された圧油を、開閉弁を介して、タンクへ排出する排出管路と、を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一つに記載のミキサドラム駆動装置。 - 前記油圧ポンプと油圧モータとを接続する管路にはエンジン停止時に前記油圧ポンプと油圧モータとの接続を遮断する切換弁を設け、
前記補助油圧装置は、補助油圧ポンプから吐出した圧油を、中立位置を備える方向切換弁を介して、前記管路を経由させて油圧モータへ供給する供給管路と、油圧モータから前記管路に排出された圧油を、前記方向切換弁を介してタンクへ排出する排出管路と、を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一つに記載のミキサドラム駆動装置。 - 前記エンジンの停止時には、前記切換弁は開放位置から遮断位置に切換えるとともに前記開閉弁若しくは方向切換弁は遮断位置から開放位置に切換え、
前記油圧モータは、補助油圧装置の選択作動された複数の電動機により回転駆動される補助油圧ポンプから、チェック弁若しくは方向切換弁を介して供給する圧油により回転駆動されることを特徴とする請求項5または請求項6に記載のミキサドラム駆動装置。 - 前記停止されたエンジンが再始動された時には、前記開閉弁若しくは方向切換弁を開放位置から遮断位置に切換えるとともに前記切換弁は遮断位置から開放位置に切換え、
前記油圧モータは前記油圧ポンプからの圧油により回転駆動されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のミキサドラム駆動装置。
