本发明水泥罐整周单向转动与非整周双向转动分配运行方法属于测控技术领域;该方法首先计算整周单向转动次数的所有取值,然后分别确定整周单向运动和非整周双向转动的次数和转角,最后将整周单向转动与非整周双向转动进行排列,得到分配运行方法的具体结果;本发明克服了水泥罐只能整周单向转动进行搅拌的技术偏见,在引入非整周双向转动的运行方式,并将整周单向转动与非整周双向转动相结合的基础上,进一步给出了整周单向转动与非整周双向转动的具体分配运行方法。

技术领域
本发明水泥罐整周单向转动与非整周双向转动分配运行方法属于测控技术领域。
背景技术
水泥罐车具有自动搅拌水泥、倾泻水泥的功能,由于能够节约大量包装材料和装卸劳动,因此在建筑行业起到不可替代的作用。
水泥罐车上采用最简单的水泥罐运行方式为水泥罐持续进行整周单向转动,这种方式运行起来非常简单,但是,水泥已经在均匀混合的情况下仍然持续搅拌,会浪费驱动能源。
解决驱动能源浪费的问题,有以下两种手段:
第一、降低水泥罐的转速,这种方式虽然降低了水泥罐的转动次数,但是水泥罐在慢速转动的情况下,驱动效率降低,水泥罐运行一周所需要的驱动能源又增加了,因此节约驱动能源的效果有限;
第二、水泥罐转动和静止交替进行,这种方式也能降低水泥罐的转动次数,但是水泥罐在静止的情况下,比重更大的石头会逐渐沉入底部,造成水泥欠均匀,再次驱动的时候,需要更大的驱动能量,因此节约驱动能源的效果也不够显著。
针对上述问题,申请人同日提交了一项发明专利《一种水泥罐搅拌运行方法》,克服了水泥罐只能整周单向转动进行搅拌的技术偏见,引入非整周双向转动的运行方式,并将整周单向转动与非整周双向转动相结合,达到了节省驱动能源的技术效果。然而,整周单向转动与非整周双向转动具体如何分配,在该专利中并没有披露。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明公开了一种水泥罐整周单向转动与非整周双向转动分配运行方法,该方法给出了整周单向转动与非整周双向转动的具体分配运行方法。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种水泥罐整周单向转动与非整周双向转动分配运行方法,定义:
α为在一个分割周期内,水泥罐的总转角;
T为一个分割周期的时间;
m为整周单向转动的次数;
t1和t2分别为整周单向转动的时间和非整周双向转动的时间,且t1>t2
β为倾泻水泥时水泥罐的转角阈值;
包括以下步骤:
步骤a、按照如下计算方法:

有益效果:
第一、本发明克服了水泥罐只能整周单向转动进行搅拌的技术偏见,在引入非整周双向转动的运行方式,并将整周单向转动与非整周双向转动相结合的基础上,进一步给出了整周单向转动与非整周双向转动的具体分配运行方法;
第二、由于根据整周单向转动与非整周双向转动的次数,选择相同的部分交替进行,因此避免非整周双向转动运行时间太长,出现类似静止再驱动时所发生的问题。
