Description
(a)第一基板を提供し、その上にリリース可能な接着層を形成するステップと、
(b)リリース可能な接着層の上に反射粒子を適用するステップであって、反射粒子がリリース可能な接着層内に部分的に埋め込まれる、ステップと、
(c)反射粒子及びリリース可能な接着層の上に顔料を適用するステップと、
(d)顔料が反射粒子を完全には覆わないように顔料の一部を除去するステップと、
(e)顔料及び反射粒子の上に反射層を形成するステップとを備える。
(f)第二基板を提供し、ホットグルーを用いて、ステップ(e)において得られた反射層を第二基板に接着させるステップと、
(e)リリース可能な接着層から第一基板を取り外すステップとを更に備える。
[実施例1:反射布の製造]
本実施例の反射布は、
(a)PETを提供して、その上にシリコーン樹脂をコーティングするステップと、
(b)シリコーン樹脂に、略0.1mmから0.2mmの範囲内の粒径を有するガラス粒子を静電的に埋め込むステップであって、ガラス粒子がシリコーン樹脂内に部分的に埋め込まれるステップと、
(c)ガラス粒子及びシリコーン樹脂の上にポリウレタン着色ペーストをコーティングして、厚さ略0.010mmのコーティング層を形成して、ペーストでコーティングされたガラス粒子をローラー圧縮によって圧縮するステップと、
(d)スクレーパーを用いて、ポリウレタン着色ペーストの一部を除去し、ポリウレタン着色ペーストが完全には反射粒子を覆わないように除去量が調整されて、ポリウレタン着色ペーストのコーティング層が略0.005mmの厚さを有するように薄くされるステップと、
(e)ポリウレタン着色ペースト及びガラス粒子の上にアルミニウム粉末コーティングを塗布するステップと、
(f)布を提供して、ホットグルーを用いてアルミニウム粉末コーティングを布に接着させるステップと、
(g)シリコーン樹脂からPETを剥がすステップとによって得られる。
EN471規格に準じて、実施例1のステップによって、黄色の反射布(黄色着色ペーストを用いた)及び青色の反射布(青色着色ペーストを用いた)を製造して、ARTC(Automotive Research & Testing Center)に反射性試験を依頼した。また、銀灰色の反射布(銀灰色の着色ペーストを用いた)を製造して、SGS(Switerland General Surveillance)に反射試験を依頼した(台湾で、Taiwan Inspection Technology Co.,Ltdに頼んだ)。以下の表に集められたデータを示す。

Claims (9)
- 反射膜を形成するための方法であって、
(a)第一基板を提供して、該第一基板の上にリリース可能な接着層を形成するステップと、
(b)前記リリース可能な接着層に反射粒子を適用するステップであって、前記反射粒子が前記リリース可能な接着層内に部分的に埋め込まれる、ステップと、
(c)前記反射粒子及び前記リリース可能な接着層の上に顔料を適用するステップと、
(d)前記顔料が完全には前記反射粒子を覆わないように前記顔料の一部を除去するステップと、
(e)前記顔料及び前記反射粒子の上に反射層を形成するステップとを備えた方法。 - 反射物品を製造するための方法であって、
請求項1に記載のステップ(a)からステップ(e)を備え、
(f)第二基板を適用して、ホットグルーを用いて、ステップ(e)によって形成された前記反射層を前記第二基板に接着するステップと、
(e)前記リリース可能な接着層から前記第一基板を取り外すステップとを更に備えた方法。 - ステップ(c)とステップ(d)との間に、前記反射粒子に圧力を印加するステップを更に備えた請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記第一基板がポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)を備える、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記反射粒子がガラス粒子を備える、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記顔料がポリウレタン着色ペーストを備える、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記反射層がアルミニウムを備える、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記反射粒子が、静電的に埋め込むことによって前記リリース可能な接着層に適用される、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記第二基板が布である、請求項2に記載の方法。
