Description
−フェノール/アセトンのモル比:1から50、好ましくは5から20
−温度:25℃から180℃、好ましくは40℃から160℃
−圧:0.5バールから20バール、好ましくは1バールから10バール
−接触時間:5分間から180分間、好ましくは10分間から120分間
という条件下でビスフェノールAを合成する。
Claims (2)
- ビスフェノールAを製造する連続的方法であって、
フェノールおよびアセトンを反応器に導入するステップと、
強酸触媒および2,2−ビス(メチルチオ)プロパン(BMTP)を、前記反応器内に添加するステップと、
前記強酸触媒および前記2,2−ビス(メチルチオ)プロパンの存在下で、フェノールとアセトンを反応させるステップと
を含み、
前記2,2−ビス(メチルチオ)プロパンは、ex situ合成により生じるものであり、
使用する2,2−ビス(メチルチオ)プロパンの量が、強酸触媒に対して2.5モル%から25モル%までであり、
40℃から160℃の温度で実施され、
作用圧が1バールから10バールであり、
接触時間が10分間から120分間である
ことを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記2,2−ビス(メチルチオ)プロパンが、液体の状態で前記反応器に添加される、請求項1に記載の方法。
