Abstract
"PROCESSO DE PRODUçãO DO BISFENOL A". O processo contínuo de produção do bisfenol A, de acordo com a invenção, por reação do fenol e da acetona em presença de um catalisador ácido forte e de um co-catalisador, é realizado, utilizando-se como co-catalisador um ditioéter de fórmula geral (I), na qual os símbolos R e (R') representam, cada um, um átomo de hidrogênio, um radical alquila ou um radical fenila, e o símbolo R" representa um radical alquila, eventualmente substituido.
