Description
メタクリル酸エステル系樹脂(A):
メタクリル酸エステル50〜100重量%、およびこれと共重合可能な少なくとも1種の単量体0〜50重量%を重合することにより得られるメタクリル酸エステル系樹脂。
ゴム含有グラフト共重合体(B):
単量体成分(B−1)、(B−2)、(B−3)、(B−4)をこの順に重合してなり、単量体成分(B−1)および(B−2)の重合物であるゴム粒子の平均粒子径が0.2〜0.4μmであるゴム含有グラフト共重合体。
(B−1)メタクリル酸エステル(b−1−1)60〜100重量%、これと共重合可能な単官能性単量体(b−1−2)40〜0重量%、および多官能性単量体(b−1−3)0.05〜10重量部((b−1−1)+(b−1−2)100重量部に対して)からなる単量体成分
(B−2)アクリル酸エステル(b−2−1)50〜100重量%、これと共重合可能な単官能性単量体(b−2−2)50〜0重量%、および多官能性単量体(b−2−3)0.05〜10重量部((b−2−1)+(b−2−2)100重量部に対して)からなる単量体成分
(B−3)メタクリル酸エステル(b−3−1)50〜100重量%、およびこれと共重合可能な単官能性単量体(b−3−2)50〜0重量%からなる単量体成分
(B−4)メタクリル酸エステル(b−4−1)0〜70重量%、およびこれと共重合可能な単官能性単量体(b−4−2)100〜30重量%からなる単量体成分
ゴム含有グラフト共重合体(C):
単量体成分(C−1)、(C−2)をこの順に重合してなる2層構造重合体であって、単量体成分(C−1)の重合物であるゴム粒子の平均粒子径が0.02〜0.15μmであるゴム含有グラフト共重合体。
(C−1)アクリル酸エステル(c−1−1)50〜100重量%、メタクリル酸エステル(c−1−2)50〜0重量%、および多官能性単量体(c−1−3)0.05〜10重量部((c−1−1)+(c−1−2)100重量部に対して)からなる単量体成分
(C−2)メタクリル酸エステル(c−2−1)50〜100重量%、およびこれと共重合可能な単官能性単量体(c−2−2)50〜0重量%からなる単量体成分。

本発明のアクリル系樹脂フィルムは、フィルムの厚みが30〜500μmであることが好ましい。

多官能性単量体の重量部数は、上記式に示される範囲が好ましく、この範囲外では耐折曲げ白化性が悪化するため好ましくない。

なお、以下の実施例および比較例で測定した物性の各測定方法はつぎのとおりである。
得られた重合ラテックスを、熱風乾燥機内にて120℃で1時間乾燥して固形成分量を求め、100×固形成分量/仕込み単量体(%)により重合転化率(%)を算出した。
ゴム含有グラフト共重合体(B)(またはゴム含有グラフト共重合体(C))をスミペックスEX(住友化学社製)と50:50の割合でブレンドしたコンパウンドを成形し得られたフィルムを、透過型電子顕微鏡(日本電子製 JEM−1200EX)にて、加速電圧80kV、RuO4染色超薄切片法で撮影し、得られた写真からゴム粒子画像を無作為に100個選択し、それらの粒子径の平均値を求めた。
得られたフィルムの透明性は、JIS K6714に準じて、温度23℃±2℃、湿度50%±5%にてヘイズを測定した。
得られたフィルムの鉛筆硬度を、JIS K5600−5−4に準じて測定した。
フィルムをカッターナイフを用いて切断し、次の評価をした。
○:切断面にクラック発生が認められない。
△:切断面にクラック発生が認められる。
×:切断面にクラック発生が著しく認められる。
フィルムを23℃で180度折り曲げて、白化状態を観察し次の評価をした。
○:白化が認められない。
△:白化がわずかに認められる。
×:白化が著しい。
120℃の恒温槽を取り付けて、テンシロン引張試験機にて、チャック間距離50mm、引張り速度200mm/minの条件で測定を行った。コーティング層がアクリル系樹脂フィルムの伸びに追従できなくなった時に、コーティング層にクラックが発生する時の伸度を測定した。
<ゴム含有グラフト共重合体(B1)の製造>
最内層重合体の作成:
以下の組成の混合物をガラス製反応器に仕込み、窒素気流中で撹拌しながら80℃に昇温したのち、メタクリル酸メチル25部、メタクリル酸アリル1部からなる単量体混合物(表1中の製造例1の(B−1))とt−ブチルハイドロパーオキサイド0.1部との混合液のうち25%を一括して仕込み、45分間の重合を行なった。
脱イオン水 220部
ホウ酸 0.3部
炭酸ナトリウム 0.03部
N−ラウロイルサルコシン酸ナトリウム 0.09部
ソディウムホルムアルデヒドスルフォキシレート 0.09部
エチレンジアミン四酢酸−2−ナトリウム 0.006部
硫酸第1鉄 0.002部
続いてこの混合液の残り75%を1時間にわたって連続添加した。添加終了後、同温度で2時間保持し重合を完結させた。また、この間に0.2部のN−ラウロイルサルコシン酸ナトリウムを追加した。得られた最内層架橋メタクリル系重合体ラテックスの重合転化率(重合生成量/モノマー仕込量)は98%であった。
得られた最内層重合体ラテックスを窒素気流中で80℃に保ち、過硫酸カリウム0.1部を添加したのち、アクリル酸n−ブチル41部、スチレン9部、メタクリル酸アリル1部からなる単量体混合物(表1中の製造例1の(B−2))を5時間にわたって連続添加した。この間にオレイン酸カリウム0.1部を3回に分けて添加した。モノマー混合液の添加終了後、重合を完結させるためにさらに過硫酸カリウムを0.05部添加し2時間保持した。得られたゴム粒子の重合転化率は99%であった。
得られたゴム粒子ラテックスを80℃に保ち、過硫酸カリウム0.02部を添加したのちメタクリル酸メチル14部、アクリル酸n−ブチル1部の単量体混合物(表1中の製造例1の(B−3))を1時間にわたって連続添加した。モノマー混合液の追加終了後1時間保持しグラフト共重合体ラテックスを得た。重合転化率は99%であった。
得られたゴム粒子ラテックスを80℃に保ち、メタクリル酸メチル5部、アクリル酸n−ブチル5部の単量体混合物(表1中の製造例B1の(B−4))を0.5時間にわたって連続添加した。モノマー混合液の追加終了後1時間保持しゴム含有グラフト共重合体ラテックスを得た。重合転化率は99%であった。
製造例1において、単量体成分(B−1)〜(B−4)の各モノマー配合を表1に示す配合に変更した以外は、製造例1と同様にしてゴム含有グラフト共重合体(B2)〜(B4)を得た。
<ゴム含有グラフト共重合体(C1)の製造>
攪拌機付き8L重合装置に、以下の物質を仕込んだ。
脱イオン水 200部
ジオクチルスルフォコハク酸ナトリウム 0.25部
ソディウムホルムアルデヒドスルフォキシレート 0.15部
エチレンジアミン四酢酸−2−ナトリウム 0.001部
硫酸第一鉄 0.00025部
重合機内を窒素ガスで充分に置換し実質的に酸素のない状態とした後、内温を60℃にし、アクリル酸n−ブチル27部、メタクリル酸メチル3部、メタクリル酸アリル0.9部からなる単量体混合物とクメンハイドロパーオキサイド0.2部との混合液を3時間かけて連続的に添加し、添加終了後、さらに0.5時間重合を継続し、ゴム粒子((C−1)の重合物)を得た。重合転化率は99.5%であった。
得られた粉末状のゴム含有グラフト共重合体(B)および(C)を、各々表3に示すゴム粒子部数(部)となるように配合し、かつ、ゴム含有グラフト共重合体(B)、(C)およびスミペックスEX(住友化学製、メタクリル酸メチル95重量%/アクリル酸メチル5重量%のメタクリル酸エステル系樹脂)を総量100部となるようにブレンドしたものを、混合機((株)カワタ製、スーパーフローター型式SFC−50)にて3分間ブレンドした後、40ミリφベント付き単軸押出機を用いてシリンダ温度を240℃に設定して溶融混練を行い、ペレット化した。得られたペレットを、Tダイ付き40ミリφ押出機(ナカムラ産機(株)製、NEX040397)を用いて、ダイス温度240℃にて成形し、厚み100μmのフィルムを得た。
実施例5〜7と比較例1〜3、5で得られたフィルム上に、RC29−124(DIC株式会社製)を、固形分濃度を30%としたウレタンアクリレート系樹脂の分散液をバーコーダー(♯6と♯10)を用いて塗布した。コーティング後、80℃、1min乾燥し溶媒を揮発させ、748.4mJ/minの紫外線を照射し、厚さ4μmまたは7μmのコーティング層を形成した。得られたフィルムについて種々の特性を評価し、その結果を表3に示す。
Claims (9)
- メタクリル酸エステル系樹脂(A)、ゴム含有グラフト共重合体(B)およびゴム含有グラフト共重合体(C)を含むメタクリル系樹脂組成物(D)をフィルム化してなるアクリル系樹脂フィルムであって、
メタクリル系樹脂組成物(D)を100重量部としたとき、ゴム含有グラフト共重合体(B)に含まれる単量体成分(B−1)および(B−2)の重合物であるゴム粒子の含有量が1〜20重量部、ゴム含有グラフト共重合体(C)に含まれる単量体成分(C−1)の重合物であるゴム粒子の含有量が1〜50重量部である、アクリル系樹脂フィルム。
メタクリル酸エステル系樹脂(A):
メタクリル酸エステル50〜100重量%、およびこれと共重合可能な少なくとも1種の単量体0〜50重量%を重合することにより得られるメタクリル酸エステル系樹脂。
ゴム含有グラフト共重合体(B):
単量体成分(B−1)、(B−2)、(B−3)、(B−4)をこの順に重合してなり、単量体成分(B−1)および(B−2)の重合物であるゴム粒子の平均粒子径が0.2〜0.4μmであるゴム含有グラフト共重合体。
(B−1)メタクリル酸エステル(b−1−1)60〜100重量%、これと共重合可能な単官能性単量体(b−1−2)40〜0重量%、および多官能性単量体(b−1−3)0.05〜10重量部((b−1−1)+(b−1−2)100重量部に対して)からなる単量体成分
(B−2)アクリル酸エステル(b−2−1)50〜100重量%、これと共重合可能な単官能性単量体(b−2−2)50〜0重量%、および多官能性単量体(b−2−3)0.05〜10重量部((b−2−1)+(b−2−2)100重量部に対して)からなる単量体成分

ゴム含有グラフト共重合体(C):
