Description
i)少なくとも1つのポリイソシアネートを含むポリイソシアネート成分を与える工程と、
ii)少なくとも1つのポリエーテルポリオール、1つのポリエステルポリオールまたはポリエーテルポリオールおよびポリエステルポリオールの混合物を含むポリオール成分を与える工程であって、当該ポリオール成分はポリオールおよびモノカルボン酸のポリオールエステルを含む、工程と、
iii)このポリイソシアネート成分をこのポリオール成分と接触させて、ポリウレタンを形成する工程と、
を含むプロセスによってなされる。
(ポリエーテルポリオールに基づく本発明に係るポリオール成分の調製)
10重量%のグリセロールトリアセテート(コグニスオレオケミカルズ社(Cognis Oleochemicals GmbH)、ドイツから入手できる)を90gの、ソルビトールおよびエチレンオキシド/プロピレンオキシドのポリエーテルポリオール(商標名Rokopol(登録商標) 551(粘度:3,600mPas)でピーシーシー・ロキタ(PCC Rokita SA)、ポーランドから入手できる)に加える。このようにして得られるポリオール成分の粘度は1,640mPasであった。
(本発明に係るさらなるポリオール成分の調製)
10重量%のグリセロールトリプロピオネートを、90gの、ソルビトールおよびエチレンオキシド/プロピレンオキシドのポリエーテルポリオール(商標名Rokopol(登録商標) 551(粘度:3,600mPas)でピーシーシー・ロキタ(PCC Rokita SA)、ポーランドから入手できる)に加える。このようにして得られるポリオール成分の粘度は1,450mPasであった。
(ポリウレタンの調製)
実施例1および実施例2で得たポリオール成分に基づいて、ならびに、比較例として、ポリオールエステルが加えられていないRokopol(登録商標) 551製品に基づいてポリウレタンを調製した。以下の成分をここでは調製した。
(ポリエステルポリオールに基づく本発明に係るポリオール成分の調製)
10重量%のグリセロールトリアセテートをポリエステルポリオール Edenol(登録商標) 1230(粘度:3,840mPas)に加えた。このようにして得られるポリオール成分の粘度は2,317mPasであった。
Claims (23)
- ポリウレタンの調製のためのプロセスであって、
i)少なくとも1つのポリイソシアネートを含む成分Aを与える工程と、
ii)少なくとも1つのポリエーテルポリオール、またはポリエーテルポリオールおよびポリエステルポリオールの混合物を含む成分Bを与える工程であって、
前記ポリエーテルポリオールが、トリメチロールプロパン、グリセロール、ペンタエリシリトールおよび糖アルコールからなる群から選択されるひとつと、アルキレンオキシドとの反応から調製され、
2〜6個のOH基を有するポリオールおよびC 2 〜C4−モノカルボン酸またはC 2 〜C4−モノカルボン酸誘導体から調製される粘度低下剤を含む、
工程と、
iii)前記成分Aを前記成分Bと接触させて、ポリウレタンを形成する工程と、
を含み、
前記工程iii)は反応射出成形プロセスとして実施される、
プロセス。 - 前記成分Aおよび前記成分Bは、計量することにより混合チャンバーの中へと運搬され、前記混合チャンバーの中で混合されてポリウレタン反応混合物を与え、次いで前記ポリウレタン反応混合物がノズルの溝を通って金型の空洞へと排出される、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記空洞への前記ポリウレタン反応混合物の排出は、5bar(0.5MPa)未満の圧力下で実施される、請求項2に記載のプロセス。
- 前記空洞は15cm3未満の容積を有する、請求項2に記載のプロセス。
- 前記アルキレンオキシドはエチレンオキシドまたはプロピレンオキシドである、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記糖アルコールは、分子中に少なくとも3個のヒドロキシル基を有するアルコールである、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記ポリエーテルポリオールは、3〜8の官能性を有する、請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記ポリエーテルポリオールは、50mg KOH/g〜1,200mg KOH/gの範囲のヒドロキシル価を有する、請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記ポリエステルポリオールは、多官能性アルコールと多官能性カルボン酸との縮合によって得ることができる、請求項1から請求項8のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記多官能性アルコールは2〜12個の炭素原子を有するジオールである、請求項9に記載のプロセス。
- 前記多官能性カルボン酸は、2〜12個の炭素原子を有する多官能性カルボン酸である、請求9または請求項10に記載のプロセス。
- 前記ポリエステルポリオールは、50mg KOH/g〜1,200mg KOH/gの範囲のヒドロキシル価を有する、請求項1から請求項11のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記ポリエステルポリオールは、20mg KOH/g〜500mg KOH/gの範囲のヒドロキシル価を有する、請求項1から請求項11のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記成分Bは、前記ポリエーテルポリオールまたは前記ポリエーテルポリオールおよび前記ポリエステルポリオールの混合物を前記粘度低下剤と混合することにより得ることができる、請求項1から請求項13のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記ポリエーテルポリオールは、少なくとも500mPasの、25℃でブルックフィールド法によって測定された粘度を有する、請求項14に記載のプロセス。
- 前記ポリエステルポリオールは、少なくとも1,000mPasの、25℃でブルックフィールド法によって測定された粘度を有する、請求項14に記載のプロセス。
- 前記成分Bは、前記成分Bの総重量に基づき0.1〜30重量%の範囲の量で前記粘度低下剤を含む、請求項1から請求項16のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記成分Bは、前記成分Bの総重量に基づき5〜15重量%の範囲の量で前記粘度低下剤を含む、請求項17に記載のプロセス。
- 前記粘度低下剤の調製のために用いられるポリオールは、エチレングリコール、プロピレングリコール、トリメチロールプロパン、グリセロール、ペンタエリスリトール、ソルビトールおよびジペンタエリスリトールからなる群から選択されるポリオールである、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記モノカルボン酸は、ギ酸、酢酸、プロピオン酸、および酪酸からなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記粘度低下剤はグリセロールトリアセテートまたはグリセロールトリプロピオネートである、請求項1から請求項20のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
- 請求項1から請求項21のいずれか1項に記載のプロセスによって得られるポリウレタン。
- ポリウレタンの調製のための反応射出成形プロセスにおける、請求項1のii)で定義される成分Bの使用。
