Description
(a) エッチング深さが深いとエッチマスクの真下にも腐食が進む(アンダーカット)ため、精度の高い微細加工が難しい。
(b) 薬品の温度や攪拌速度によってエッチングレートが変化するため、エッチングの再現性(導体パターンの再現性)に乏しい。
(1) 狭小部の膜厚における遮断部間のばらつきやヒューズエレメント間のばらつきを抑えることができ、I2t値のばらつきも低減することができる。
(2) 印刷方式を採用しているため、放熱部と遮断部とを別々に作ることができ、遮断部を構成する狭小部の厚みを、放熱部の厚みに依存することなく、任意にコントロールすることができる。これは、I2t値の低減につながる。
(3) (1)及び(2)により、コスト低減、小型化を図ることができる。

Claims (4)
- 基体上に導電膜が形成されて構成され、前記導電膜による複数の放熱部と複数の遮断部とが一体的に連続形成されたヒューズエレメントを有する電力用ヒューズにおいて、
前記導電膜は、前記基体の表面に対する1回以上の印刷による印刷層にて構成され、
前記放熱部を構成する印刷層の積層数が、前記遮断部を構成する印刷層の積層数以上であり、
前記遮断部は、複数の狭小部が並列に並べられて構成され、
複数の前記遮断部が直列に配置されて前記ヒューズエレメントが構成され、
同じ形状の前記狭小部が並列に並べられて構成された前記遮断部を第1遮断部とし、
複数の前記第1遮断部が直列に配置されて構成された第1ヒューズ部と、
電流−溶断時間特性が前記第1ヒューズ部と異なる第2ヒューズ部とが同一の前記基体上において連続的に接続されて構成され、
前記第2ヒューズ部は、前記第1ヒューズ部の前記第1遮断部とは、狭小部の形状、狭小部の幅、並列に並ぶ狭小部の数、印刷層の積層数のうち、少なくとも1つが異なる複数の第2遮断部が直列に配置されて構成されていることを特徴とする電力用ヒューズ。 - 請求項1記載の電力用ヒューズにおいて、
前記第1ヒューズ部における前記第1遮断部の印刷層を構成する金属材料と、前記第2ヒューズ部における前記第2遮断部の印刷層を構成する金属材料とが異種のものであることを特徴とする電力用ヒューズ。 - 請求項1又は2記載の電力用ヒューズにおいて、
少なくとも前記遮断部の表面に酸化防止膜が形成されていることを特徴とする電力用ヒューズ。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の電力用ヒューズにおいて、
少なくとも前記遮断部上にペースト状の消弧剤が印刷形成されていることを特徴とする電力用ヒューズ。
