Abstract

 隣接して並列配置されたm個の楕円の穴(Q1,Q2,Q3,……,Qm-1,Qm,(m=P-1))及びこの両側の半楕円部(切り欠き部)により、臼型に括れたP個の遮断部狭小帯を並列配置してn個(n=S)の遮断部(22-1,22-2,22-3,……,22-(n-1),22-n)を構成しているヒュ ーズリンクにおいて、遮断部(22-1,22-2,22-3,……,22-(n-1),22-n)が、直列方向に測った長さが2.5mm以下で、厚さtR=80~150μmの連結帯(放熱帯)(21-1,21-2,21-3,……,21-(n-1),21-n)を介してn組直列に並べられている。遮断部(22-1,22-2,22-3,……,22-(n-1),22-n)の厚さtH=10~60μmである。このような構成とすることで、I2t値の低減、コスト低減と小型化が可能なヒューズリンク 及びこのヒューズリンクを用いたヒューズを提供することができる。
