Claims (8)
- 一対の基板と、
前記一対の基板の対向する面に形成され、一方が触針式による表面粗さが50nm以上400nm以下の範囲にある凹凸のある透明電極である一対の電極と、
前記一対の電極の間に挟持され、電解質、銀を含むエレクトロクロミック材料及びメディエータを含む電解質層と、を有する調光素子。 - 前記凹凸のある透明電極は、透明導電性粒子修飾電極である請求項1記載の調光素子。
- 前記凹凸のある透明電極に対向する他の一方の電極は、平滑な透明電極である請求項1記載の調光素子。
- 前記凹凸のある透明電極は、最大高さと最小高さの差が100nm以上500nm以下の範囲にある請求項1記載の調光素子。
- 前記メディエータは、銅(II)イオンを含む、請求項1記載の調光素子。
- 前記メディエータの銅(II)イオンのモル濃度は、前記エレクトロクロミック材料の銀イオンのモル濃度を10とした場合、1以上3以下の範囲である請求項5記載の調光素子。
- 前記電解質は、増粘剤を含む請求項1記載の調光素子。
- 請求項1に記載の調光素子を、少なくとも一部に含む製品。
