Claims (8)
- 第1の部材、及び、該第1の部材上方に配置された電極を備える第1の基板と、
前記第1の基板に対向配置され、電極を備える第2の基板と、
前記第1の基板と前記第2の基板の電極間に配置され、銀を含有するエレクトロデポジション材料を含む電解質層と
を有し、
前記第1の部材は、凹凸を備える形状であって、マイクロプリズム形状を有しており、
前記第1の基板側が負、前記第2の基板側が正となるように、前記第1の基板と前記第2の基板の電極間に電圧を印加したとき、前記第1の基板の電極上方に、前記第1及び第2の基板の法線方向から入射する光を入射方向と平行でない方向に反射する銀薄膜反射面が形成されるエレクトロデポジション素子。 - 第1の部材、及び、該第1の部材上方に配置された電極を備える第1の基板と、
前記第1の基板に対向配置され、電極を備える第2の基板と、
前記第1の基板と前記第2の基板の電極間に配置され、銀を含有するエレクトロデポジション材料を含む電解質層と
を有し、
前記第1の部材は、凹凸を備える形状であって、レンズ形状を有しており、
前記第1の基板側が負、前記第2の基板側が正となるように、前記第1の基板と前記第2の基板の電極間に電圧を印加したとき、前記第1の基板の電極上方に、前記第1及び第2の基板の法線方向から入射する光を入射方向と平行でない方向に反射する銀薄膜反射面が形成されるエレクトロデポジション素子。 - 前記第1の基板側が負、前記第2の基板側が正となるように、前記第1の基板と前記第2の基板の電極間に電圧を印加したとき、前記第1及び第2の基板の法線方向から入射する光を10%以上透過する請求項1または2に記載のエレクトロデポジション素子。
- 前記第2の基板の電極は金属反射電極である請求項1または2に記載のエレクトロデポジション素子。
- 更に、前記第1の基板の前記電解質層と反対側の面にミラーが配置される請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のエレクトロデポジション素子。
- 前記第2の基板は、第2の部材、及び、該第2の部材上方に配置された前記電極を備え、
前記第1の基板側が正、前記第2の基板側が負となるように、前記第1の基板と前記第2の基板の電極間に電圧を印加したとき、前記第2の基板の電極上方に、前記第1及び第2の基板の法線方向から入射する光を入射方向と平行でない方向に反射する銀薄膜反射面が形成される請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のエレクトロデポジション素子。 - 請求項1〜6に記載のエレクトロデポジション素子を用いたミラーデバイス。
- 入射光を透過する状態と反射する状態を電気的に切り替えることができるエレクトロデポジション素子と、
前記エレクトロデポジション素子が入射光を反射する状態にあるときの反射面に非平行に配置されたミラーと
を有するミラーデバイス。
