Description
(特許文献1)
一つ目は、低電圧直流変換装置に異常が発生した場合、制動装置の性能低下を防止することにより、車両の制動時に運転者の安全を確保できるという利点を有する。
二つ目は、制動装置の機械的な制動力を使用する場合、車両の最大走行速度を一定の速度以下に制限することにより、少ない力でも制動距離を確保できるという利点を有する。
制限車速と最大トルクに対する具体的な実施例を考察すると、下記表1のとおりである。表1では、まず、機械的な制動力を考慮して制限車速と最大トルクを設定する。
これは運転者の運転性を考慮したものであって、制限車速付近のトルクを線形的に減らす。

Claims (7)
- 低電圧直流変換装置の異常有無を判断する段階と、
低電圧直流変換装置に異常が発生したものと判断すると、低電圧バッテリーの電圧が制動装置の作動電圧範囲を外れるか否かを判断する段階と、
前記低電圧バッテリー電圧が前記制動装置の作動電圧範囲を外れると、機械的な制動力を考慮して制限車速を設定する段階と、
前記設定された制限車速に応じて駆動モーターのトルクを制限する最大トルクを設定する段階とを含んでなることを特徴とするハイブリッド電気車両の非常走行制御方法。 - 車両の走行速度を前記制限車速に到達させるために、駆動モーターのトルクを前記最大トルクからゼロトルクまで線形的に減少するようにトルクを制御する段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド電気車両の非常走行制御方法。
- 前記低電圧直流変換装置の異常有無を判断する段階は、前記低電圧直流変換装置に故障が発生するか、又は、前記低電圧直流変換装置から応答信号がない場合に前記低電圧直流変換装置に異常が発生したものと判断することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド電気車両の非常走行制御方法。
- 前記制限車速は10〜30Km/hの範囲であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド電気車両の非常走行制御方法。
- 高電圧バッテリーの高電圧を低電圧に変換して低電圧バッテリーに供給する低電圧直流変換装置と、
前記低電圧バッテリーから電源の供給を受けて駆動モーターに制動信号を印加し或いはブレーキ踏力で機械的な制動力を提供する制動装置と、
前記低電圧直流変換装置に異常が発生し前記低電圧バッテリー電圧が制動装置の作動電圧範囲を外れると、機械的な制動力を考慮した制限車速を設定して駆動モーターの最大トルクを設定する車両制御器とを含んでなることを特徴とするハイブリッド電気車両の非常走行制御システム。 - 前記車両制御器は、前記低電圧直流変換装置から故障による誤り信号が受信するか、又は、前記低電圧直流変換装置から応答信号がない場合に前記低電圧直流変換装置に異常が発生したものと判断することを特徴とする請求項5に記載のハイブリッド電気車両の非常走行制御システム。
- 前記車両制御器は、車両の走行速度を前記制限車速に到達させるために、駆動モーターのトルクが前記最大トルクからゼロトルクまで線形的に減少するようにトルクを制御することを特徴とする請求項5に記載のハイブリッド電気車両の非常走行制御システム。
