Claims (9)
- 筐体と、
この筐体に回転可能に支持され、筒状の周壁部、及びこの周壁部の各開口を閉塞しそれぞれに第1または第2開口部が設けられた側壁部を有するとともに、前記第1開口部から供給された粒化対象材を内部空間のみを通過させて前記第2開口部から排出する間に当該粒化対象材を粒化処理する粒化用メディアが収容される容器と、
この容器を回転させる容器回転機構と、
有底円筒状を呈するとともに、前記容器の内壁面との間に処理用隙間を設けた状態で前記容器内に配設され、前記処理用隙間を経由して筒内部に移動した前記粒化用メディアを前記処理用隙間に排出するメディア排出開口部が周壁に設けられた粒化ロータと、
この粒化ロータを前記容器に対して相対的に回転させるロータ回転機構と、
前記粒化ロータ内に少なくとも一部が配設されるとともに前記処理用隙間を経由して前記粒化ロータの内部に導入された前記粒化対象材を前記第2開口部に導く対象材案内部とを備え、
前記容器回転機構は、前記容器の回転方向が前記ロータ回転機構による粒化ロータの回転方向と同方向となるように設定されていることを特徴とする湿式粒化装置。 - 前記筐体に支持された枠体を更に備え、
前記容器の両端部は、この枠体に支持されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の湿式粒化装置。 - 前記容器は、一端部が前記容器回転機構に固定支持され、他端部が前記枠体に直接回転可能に支持されていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の湿式粒化装置。
- 前記対象材案内部は、前記粒化用メディアを粒化対象材から分離して粒化対象材を前記第2開口部に導くメディア分離部を含むことを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の湿式粒化装置。
- 前記メディア分離部は、前記粒化ロータに接続されることにより該粒化ロータとともに回転し、少なくとも周壁の一部に前記粒化用メディアの挿通を阻害する大きさに設定された分離開口部が複数設けられたスクリーンを含むことを特徴とする請求項4記載の湿式粒化装置。
- 前記メディア分離部は、前記粒化ロータに接続されることにより該粒化ロータとともに回転し、少なくとも周壁の一部に周囲の粒化用メディアを撹拌するための撹拌開口部が複数設けられた遠心力付与円筒状体であり、該遠心力付与円筒状体が回転することにより周囲の粒化用メディアに遠心力を付与して前記メディア排出開口部を通じて分離することを特徴とする請求項4記載の湿式粒化装置。
- 前記容器回転機構による容器の回転速度は、前記ロータ回転機構による粒化ロータの回転速度よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の湿式粒化装置。
- 前記容器は、前記容器回転機構に一端部が固定支持され、他端部が前記ロータ回転機構に摺接支持されていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の湿式粒化装置。
- 前記枠体は、前記容器を収容することを特徴とする請求項2記載の湿式粒化装置。
