Description
又、燃焼機器の排気フードから排気外部排出用のメインダクト通路へ導出される排気の温度を検出し、この検出排ガス温度が予め定めた許容排ガス温度範囲にあるか否かによって、排気ダクトの火災防止用の安全動作を行うことも提案されている(例えば特許文献2参照)。
なお、本発明は前記実施形態に限定されるものではなく、その他種々の実施形態を包含するものである。すなわち、前記実施形態における燃焼領域の数・種類(3つ)や、それぞれ燃焼領域での燃焼管21の本数、燃焼能力段数(5段)等については例示であり、これら以外に設定することもできる。

Claims (2)
- 複数の燃焼領域に区分され、各燃焼領域が1又は複数本の燃焼バーナを並設することにより形成され、前記複数の燃焼領域を選択的に燃焼させることで複数段の燃焼能力に変更切換可能とされている燃焼装置であって、
排ガス温度を検出する排ガス温度センサと、この排ガス温度センサによる検出排ガス温度を監視し検出排ガス温度が高温異常判定用の判定温度を超えたときに安全処理を実行する制御手段とを備え、
前記制御手段は、前記高温異常判定用の判定温度として前記複数段の燃焼能力毎に対応するように設定された判定温度を備え、現在の燃焼能力の段数に対応した判定温度に基づいて前記安全処理を実行するように構成されている、
ことを特徴とする燃焼装置。 - 請求項1に記載の燃焼装置であって、
排ガスから潜熱回収を行う潜熱回収用の熱交換器を備えた潜熱回収型給湯装置として構成され、
前記排ガス温度センサは、前記潜熱回収用の熱交換器を通過した潜熱回収後の排ガスの温度を検出するように設けられている、燃焼装置。
