Description
Claims (9)
- リチウムイオン電池の正極活物質の製造方法であって、
(1)液態のアクリロニトリルオリゴマー(LPAN)の溶液を80〜300℃で8〜72時間撹拌して、部分的に環化したLPAN溶液を形成させる、
(2)決まった量でリチウムイオン電池の正極活物質の粉末を部分的に環化したLPAN溶液に入れて、均一的に混合させる、
(3)室温で乾燥させる、
(4)不活性雰囲気で保護して、500〜1800℃で6〜24時間焼成することによって、部分的に環化したLPANにグラフェン類似構造を形成させ、均一的にリチウムイオン電池の正極活物質に分布させることで、グラフェン類似構造物質を含有したリチウムイオン電池の正極活物質を取得する、
のステップを含むことを特徴とするグラフェン類似構造物質を含有したリチウムイオン電池の正極活物質の製造方法。 - 前記の液態のアクリロニトリルオリゴマーの溶液に用いられる溶質は相対分子量が106〜100000にある液態のアクリロニトリルオリゴマーであり、用いられる溶剤が水、メタノールまたはエタノールの1種または2種の組合せであり、液態のアクリロニトリルオリゴマーの濃度が0.1〜100%にあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のグラフェン類似構造物質を含有したリチウムイオン電池の正極活物質の製造方法。
- 前記の液態のアクリロニトリルオリゴマーはアクリロニトリルのホモポリマであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のグラフェン類似構造物質を含有したリチウムイオン電池の正極活物質の製造方法。
- 前記の液態のアクリロニトリルオリゴマーがアクリロニトリルとスチレン、メタクリル酸メチル、メタクリル酸ヒドロキシエチル、アクリル酸及びメチレンコハク酸から選択される他のビニルモノマーとの共重合体であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のグラフェン類似構造物質を含有したリチウムイオン電池の正極活物質の製造方法。
- 前記のリチウムイオン電池の正極活物質粉末がLiCoO2、LiFePO4、LiNiO2、LiV3O8、LiMn2O4のいずれか及びそれらからなる複合酸化物LiCoxFe1-xO2、LiCoxNi1-xO2、LiCoxNi1-(x+y)MnyO2、LiNixMn1-xO2のいずれかである(x、y、x+y<1)ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のグラフェン類似構造物質を含有したリチウムイオン電池の正極活物質の製造方法。
- 前記のリチウムイオン電池の正極活物質粉末がLiCoO2、LiFePO4、LiNiO2、LiV3O8、LiMn2O4の前駆体及びそれらの含有派生物のいずれかであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のグラフェン類似構造物質を含有したリチウムイオン電池の正極活物質の製造方法。
- 前記のリチウムイオン電池の正極活物質の添加量は質量比に準じ、液態のアクリロニトリルオリゴマーの溶液:リチウムイオン電池の正極活物質粉末=0.01〜0.8:1となることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のグラフェン類似構造物質を含有したリチウムイオン電池の正極活物質の製造方法。
- 前記の混合させる過程は方式が撹拌又はボールミル粉砕であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のグラフェン類似構造物質を含有したリチウムイオン電池の正極活物質の製造方法。
- 前記の不活性雰囲気は窒素又はアルゴンであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のグラフェン類似構造物質を含有したリチウムイオン電池の正極活物質の製造方法。
