Description
Claims (13)
- 少なくとも一つのキャップ(2)に少なくとも一つの弱い領域を形成するように構成された切削装置(5)と、
前記切削装置(5)に前記少なくとも一つのキャップ(2)を供給するための搬送装置と、
を備え、
前記搬送装置は、前記少なくとも一つのキャップ(2)を保持する少なくとも一つの可動支持要素を有し、
切削装置の少なくとも一つの欠陥作動状態を検知し得る少なくとも一つのセンサ(7、8)
を更に備え、
前記少なくとも一つのセンサは、前記切削装置(5)上で作動するように配置され、
前記センサの少なくとも一部分は、前記可動支持要素によって保持されており、
前記少なくとも一つのセンサは、前記切削装置(5)に設けられた切削エッジの少なくとも一部分の、存在または不存在、または、所望位置からの偏位、を検知し得る存在センサを有する
ことを特徴とする切削システム(1)。 - 前記少なくとも一つのセンサは、前記切削装置(5)の少なくとも一部分の位置を検知するように構成されており、それにより、前記可動支持要素に対する前記切削装置(5)の前記少なくとも一部分の所望の相対位置からの偏位量が決定可能である
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の切削システム。 - 前記可動支持要素の前進経路に沿った予め決められた位置に配置された参照要素(10)
を更に備え、
前記少なくとも一つのセンサ(7、8)は、前記参照要素(10)の少なくとも一部分の位置を検知するように構成されており、それにより、前記可動支持要素に対する前記参照要素(10)の前記少なくとも一つの部分の所望の相対位置からの偏位が決定可能である
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の切削システム。 - 前記センサは、互いに協働する少なくとも一つの信号発信部(7)及び少なくとも一つの信号受信部を有し、前記発信部(7)及び前記受信部(8)は前記可動支持要素によって保持されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の切削システム。 - 前記センサは、前記キャップ(2)上で作動する前記切削装置(5)のブレード(6)の少なくとも一部分が前記発信部(7)と前記受信部(8)との間に介在されているという少なくとも一つの作動状態をとるように構成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の切削システム。 - 前記搬送装置は、自身の外周領域に複数のスピンドル(4)を有する少なくとも一つの回転カルーセル(3)を有し、
前記複数のスピンドルのうちの各スピンドル(4)は、前記カルーセル(3)に対して順に回転すると共に、前記キャップ(2)を回転するように当該キャップに係合するように構成されており、
前記切削装置(5)は円弧に沿って少なくとも部分的に延設されている切削エッジを有するブレード(6)を有し、
前記少なくとも一つのセンサ(7、8)は前記切削エッジと作動上関連付けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の切削システム。 - 前記少なくとも一つのセンサは、前記少なくとも一つのセンサが前記切削装置(5)の少なくとも一部分に対して周期的に作動するように配置されたクローズドループ経路に沿った動きを行うように、移動可能である
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の切削システム。 - 前記センサは、移動可能な前記センサが前記切削装置(5)の少なくとも一部分に対して作動する時に、当該センサを周期的に駆動させるように構成された制御手段に接続されている
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の切削システム。 - 前記少なくとも一つのセンサは、放射線を発し得る放射線発信センサを有し、
前記放射線発信センサは、当該放射線発信センサが少なくとも部分的に前記切削装置(5)に作用するように配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の切削システム。 - 少なくとも一つのキャップ(2)を切削装置(5)へ供給する工程と、
前記切削装置(5)によって前記少なくとも一つのキャップ(2)に少なくとも一つの弱い領域を形成する工程と、
センサ(7、8)によって前記切削装置(5)が欠陥作動状態を有するか否かを検知する工程と、
前記少なくとも一つのキャップ(2)と前記センサ(7、8)の少なくとも一部分とを保持する可動支持要素を前記切削装置に対して設ける工程と、
を備え、
前記検知する工程は、前記切削装置(5)に設けられた切削エッジの少なくとも一部分の、存在または不存在、または、所望位置からの偏位、を検知する工程を有する
ことを特徴とするキャップの切削方法。 - 前記検知する工程は、少なくとも部分的に前記切削装置(5)に作用する放射線を放射する工程を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の切削方法。 - 前記可動支持要素は、前記少なくとも一つのキャップ(2)と、互いに協働して放射線ビームを発信/受信する発信部(7)及び受信部(8)と、を保持すると共に、
前記支持要素は、前記放射線ビームが前記切削装置(5)に衝突するように移動されることを特徴とする請求項10または11に記載の切削方法。 - 当該少なくとも一つのセンサが前記切削装置(5)の少なくとも一部分と周期的に対面するように配置されたクローズドループ経路に沿って、前記少なくとも一つのセンサを移動させる工程
を更に備え、
前記少なくとも一つのセンサは、前記切削装置の前記少なくとも一部分と対面するときに周期的に起動される
ことを特徴とする請求項10乃至12のいずれかに記載の切削方法。
