Claims (3)
- 切削加工前に歯切工具の切刃の状態を計測する第1ステップと、前記第1ステップにおいて計測されたデータから所定のしきい値を設定する第2ステップと、切削加工終了後または切削加工中断後に前記歯切工具の切刃の状態を再度計測し、前記しきい値を超えた場合に前記歯切工具の異常を検出したと判断する第3ステップと、を含むことを特徴とする歯切工具の異常検出方法。
- 前記歯切工具の切刃の状態は、渦電流センサおよびロータリエンコーダを用いて計測することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の歯切工具の異常検出方法。
- 前記歯切工具は、スカイビングカッタ、ピニオンカッタ、シェービングカッタ、ホブのうちのいずれかであることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の歯切工具の異常検出方法。
