Description
「押出動作中に1つの流路の閉鎖を解除する、1つ又は複数の押出機(2)用の1つの先端部(1)であって、
この先端部(1)は、前記流路(18)に向かい、且つ複数の材料流用の仕上げ片(9)と前記流路(18)との間に配置された前記複数の材料流用の積層化部材(7)に向かう1つの貫通部(10)を有するか、又は当該流路(18)若しくは当該積層化部材(7)に向かう1つの貫通部(10)を有し、
前記貫通部(10)は、追加押出機(12)のスクリューシャフト(11)の少なくとも一部を収容する当該先端部(1)において、
前記先端部(1)は、1つの継手(4)によって旋回可動に相対運動する少なくとも2つのヘッド部材(5)を有し、
前記貫通部(10)が、少なくとも1つの、旋回可動なヘッド部材(5)内に配置されていて、
前記貫通部(10)が、シリンダ状に形成されていて、且つ前記追加押出機(12)の前記スクリューシャフト(11)を収容するために使用される」ことによって解決される。
さらに、この課題は、請求項7に記載の:
「請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の、1つ又は複数の押出機(2)と押出動作中に1つの流路の閉鎖を解除する1つの先端部(1)とを有する押出成形装置であって、
当該押出成形装置は、前記流路(18)に向かい、且つ複数の材料流用の仕上げ片(9)と前記流路(18)との間に配置された前記複数の材料流用の積層化部材(7)に向かうか又は当該流路(18)若しくは当該積層化部材(7)に向かう、前記先端部(1)内に配置された1つの貫通部(10)を有し、
前記貫通部(10)は、追加押出機(12)のスクリューシャフト(11)の少なくとも一部を収容する当該押出成形装置において、
前記先端部(1)は、1つの継手(4)によって旋回可動に相対運動する少なくとも2つのヘッド部材(5)を有し、
前記貫通部(10)が、少なくとも1つの、旋回可動なヘッド部材(5)内に配置されていて、
前記貫通部(10)が、シリンダ状に形成されていて、且つ前記追加押出機(12)の前記スクリューシャフト(11)を収容するために使用される」ことによって解決される。

Claims (7)
- 押出動作中に1つの流路の閉鎖を解除する、1つ又は複数の押出機(2)用の1つの先端部(1)であって、
この先端部(1)は、前記流路(18)に向かい、且つ複数の材料流用の仕上げ片(9)と前記流路(18)との間に配置された前記複数の材料流用の積層化部材(7)に向かう1つの貫通部(10)を有するか、又は当該流路(18)若しくは当該積層化部材(7)に向かう1つの貫通部(10)を有し、
前記貫通部(10)は、追加押出機(12)のスクリューシャフト(11)の少なくとも一部を収容する当該先端部(1)において、
前記先端部(1)は、1つの継手(4)によって旋回可動に相対運動する少なくとも2つのヘッド部材(5)を有し、
前記貫通部(10)が、少なくとも1つの、旋回可動なヘッド部材(5)内に配置されていて、
前記貫通部(10)が、シリンダ状に形成されていて、且つ前記追加押出機(12)の前記スクリューシャフト(11)を収容するために使用されることを特徴とする先端部(1)。 - 前記貫通部(10)は、1つの流路(3)内部の別の1つの流路(18)内に通じていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の先端部(1)。
- 前記スクリューシャフト(11)の少なくとも一部を収容する1つのシリンダブッシュ(13)が、前記貫通部(10)内に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の先端部(1)。
- 前記貫通部(10)は、隣接した1つの流路(18)と鋭角を成して配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の先端部(1)。
- 前記貫通部(10)は、前記先端部(1)の前面に対してほぼ平行に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の先端部(1)。
- 前記貫通部(10)は、1つの閉鎖装置によって1つの流路(18)又は前記積層化部材(7)に対して閉鎖可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の先端部(1)。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の、1つ又は複数の押出機(2)と押出動作中に1つの流路の閉鎖を解除する1つの先端部(1)とを有する押出成形装置であって、
当該押出成形装置は、前記流路(18)に向かい、且つ複数の材料流用の仕上げ片(9)と前記流路(18)との間に配置された前記複数の材料流用の積層化部材(7)に向かうか又は当該流路(18)若しくは当該積層化部材(7)に向かう、前記先端部(1)内に配置された1つの貫通部(10)を有し、
前記貫通部(10)は、追加押出機(12)のスクリューシャフト(11)の少なくとも一部を収容する当該押出成形装置において、
前記先端部(1)は、1つの継手(4)によって旋回可動に相対運動する少なくとも2つのヘッド部材(5)を有し、
前記貫通部(10)が、少なくとも1つの、旋回可動なヘッド部材(5)内に配置されていて、
前記貫通部(10)が、シリンダ状に形成されていて、且つ前記追加押出機(12)の前記スクリューシャフト(11)を収容するために使用されることを特徴とする押出成形装置。
