Abstract
Description
図1は、本実施形態のゴム押出装置(以下、単に「装置」ということがある。)1の概念図である。装置1は、ゴム成形体Gを押出し成形するためのものである。ゴム成形体Gとしては、例えば、タイヤ形成用の未加硫のトレッドゴム等が望ましい。但し、本発明の装置1で押し出されるゴム成形体Gは、タイヤ成形用に限定されるものではない。

Claims (9)
- 第1ゴムと、前記第1ゴムとは配合が異なる第2ゴムとを含みこれらが一体に成形されたゴム成形体を押し出すゴム押出装置であって、
少なくとも前記第2ゴムを押し出す第2流路を含むプリフォーマと、前記第1ゴムを押し出す第1流路を含み、かつ、前記第2流路を分断するインサートブロックとを含み、
前記第1流路は、前記第1ゴムを第1方向に吐出する第1吐出口と、前記第1吐出口と逆側で終端する端部とを有し、
前記インサートブロックは、前記端部から前記第1ゴムの前記第1方向と逆側に延びる分割面によって分割される一対のブロック片を含み、
前記第2流路は、前記第2ゴムを吐出する第2吐出口を含み、
前記プリフォーマは、前記第2吐出口が配される前面を有し、
前記インサートブロックは、前記前面から前記プリフォーマ内に嵌合される、

- 前記第2流路での前記第2ゴムの押出方向は、前記第1方向と同じである、請求項1記載のゴム押出装置。
- 前記プリフォーマは、前記インサートブロックを嵌合する嵌合部を有する、請求項1又は2に記載のゴム押出装置。
- 前記第2吐出口は、高さと、前記高さと直交して、前記高さよりも大きい幅とで形成される矩形状をなし、
前記嵌合部は、前記第2流路の前記幅の方向の中央に形成される、請求項3記載のゴム押出装置。
- 前記第2吐出口は、前記第1ゴムを押し出す第1ゴム領域を挟む、請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載のゴム押出装置。
- 前記インサートブロックは、前記第1吐出口の高さ方向の両側に上面及び下面を有し、
前記第1流路は、前記上面又は前記下面に連なっている、請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載のゴム押出装置。 - 前記インサートブロックは、前記第1吐出口の幅方向の両側に配された一対の側面を有し、
前記一対の側面は、前記端部側から前記第1吐出口側に向かってテーパ状である、請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載のゴム押出装置。 - 前記第1ゴムは、導電性ゴムであり、
前記第2ゴムは、非導電性ゴムである、請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載のゴム押出装置。 - 前記ゴム成形体は、タイヤ成形用のトレッドゴムである、請求項1ないし8のいずれかに記載のゴム押出装置。
