Description
Claims (19)
- 連続的な筒状プラスチック製品を成形するために、ダイヘッドと押出口との間の溶融プラスチックの分配を制御するダイ工具であって、
前記ダイ工具は、前記ダイ工具の長さに延びる一連の穿孔通路であって、圧力下で溶融プラスチックを受け取るように前記ダイヘッドの前記通路への離間した入口を有する、穿孔通路を備え、
前記穿孔通路は、前記押出口に隣接して前記押出口の上流に通路出口の所定パターンを形成し、
前記押出口は、前記筒状プラスチック製品を成形する溶融プラスチックを押し出すように、内壁と外壁との間に画定され、
前記入口と前記出口との間の前記穿孔通路は収束する、ダイ工具。 - 前記一連の通路は第1の一連の通路と第2の一連の通路とに分割され、前記押出口は、前記第1の一連の通路に関連付けられる第1の押出口と、前記第2の一連の通路に関連付けられる第2の押出口とを含み、前記筒状プラスチック製品は二重壁筒状プラスチック製品である、請求項1に記載のダイ工具。
- 前記二重壁筒状プラスチック製品は、一定断面の内壁と前記内壁に接続された波形外壁とを有する波形製品である、請求項2に記載のダイ工具。
- 前記波形製品は細長い断面を有する、請求項3に記載のダイ工具。
- 前記細長い断面は、直線のベース部、及び湾曲上部によって相互接続された湾曲端部を含む、請求項4に記載のダイ工具。
- 前記通路の前記出口は全て、前記押出口を形成するように絞りによって一端が制限された共通の配合室へ開口している、請求項1に記載のダイ工具。
- 前記入口と前記出口との間の前記通路は、通路間の溶融プラスチックの流れを可能にする共通の接続リングによって相互接続される、請求項6に記載のダイ工具。
- 前記ダイ工具は、少なくとも2つの接続されたボディ部分を備え、前記通路は前記ボディ部分に穿孔され、各ボディ部分は複数の通路を含む、請求項6に記載のダイ工具。
- 前記一連の通路は10本の通路よりも多い、請求項1に記載のダイ工具。
- ダイヘッドと接続する上流端と、ダイ出口を通して成形可能な筒状押出品を排出する下流端とを備え、筒状製品を押出成形するダイ工具であって、
前記ダイ工具は前記上流端に、前記ダイ工具の長さに延びる個々の一連の通路を含み、前記一連の通路はそれぞれ、前記ダイヘッドから溶融プラスチックを受け取る入口を有すると共に、前記下流端に向かってプラスチックのストリームをガイドし、 前記下流端に隣接する各個々の通路は出口を含み、前記出口は前記成形可能な筒状押出品を成形するパターンで前記プラスチックのストリームを分配するように位置決めされ、
前記一連の出口は全て、溶融プラスチックが押し出されるときに通る前記ダイ出口を形成するように一端が制限された筒状の配合室に、溶融プラスチックを供給し、
前記個々の通路は、前記入口と前記出口との間において収束する穿孔通路である、ダイ工具。 - 前記個々の通路はダイボディ組立体内に形成される、請求項10に記載のダイ工具。
- 前記個々の通路は、内壁を押出成型する第1の一連の通路と、押出成形製品の外壁を押出成型する第2の一連の通路とに分割される、請求項10に記載のダイ工具。
- 前記筒状の配合室における前記個々の通路は非円形パターンを形成する、請求項10に記載のダイ工具。
- 前記ダイ工具は、第1の内壁及び第2の外壁を有する筒状製品を押出成形し、前記一連の個々の通路は、前記第1の内壁を形成する内部パターン及び前記第2の外壁を形成する外部パターンを形成する、請求項13に記載のダイ工具。
- 前記ダイ工具は細長い軸を有し、前記一連の個々の通路は前記細長い軸を中心に位置決めされる、請求項14に記載のダイ工具。
- 前記個々の通路は穿孔される、請求項15に記載のダイ工具。
- 前記個々の通路は、平坦なベース、対向する湾曲端及び湾曲上部を有する内側の筒状の細長いパターンを形成し、且つ前記内側の筒状の細長いパターンの周りに位置合わせされた対応する外側の筒状の細長いパターンを形成する、請求項16に記載のダイ工具。
- 前記筒状の配合室及び前記配合室で終端している前記個々の通路は全て、一体式のダイ工具部材内に形成される、請求項17に記載のダイ工具。
- 前記ダイヘッドと前記配合室との間の前記個々の通路は、少なくとも1本の連続的な接続通路によって相互接続される、請求項10に記載のダイ工具。
