Description
任意のブロー成形フィルムの押出ダイの基本機能は、ダイに入る1以上の溶融物流れ(又はストリーム)を生じさせて、ダイ出口において、それらを単一(シングル)の同心(又は同中心の)環状溶融物流れに可能な限り均一に分配すべきことである。
・ 外層のためにダイの中央へと、かつ主要ダイ本体10の中央に向かって(ただし、残りの層のために中心を外れた点に)延在する水平入口部分401〜405。
・ 他の層による衝突を避けて中央に到達するように、上方に向かって、任意の必要な曲げを作っている経路501〜505(経路501のみを単に示す)。
・ 多重に傾斜した半径方向のポート601〜605(これも水平方向であってよく、ポート601のみを示す)。
また、それぞれの傾斜ポートは、それが層マンドレルに到達するとすぐに追加の垂直経路を有する(図に示されるものは小さいが、それでも存在する)。
本発明によると、複数の環状または円錐ダイマンドレル層を有する同心共押出ダイが提供され、それぞれの層が、一対の隣接する環状または円錐ダイマンドレルを含み、該マンドレルは、該マンドレルの間において、入口から環状押出出口までの溶融熱可塑性材料用流路を規定し、熱可塑性の管状の押出物が、該出口を通して使用中に形成され、多重環状層出口または多重円錐層出口を通る押出物が、多層製品を成形し、以下のことを特徴とする。
環状または円錐ダイマンドレルの少なくとも1つの層が、共押出ダイの外周の周りに配置される複数の溶融材料入口を有し、それぞれの入口が、供給溝(又はフィードチャネル)に接続されていて、該供給溝が、2nの副出口供給溝を提供する複数の分岐を有し、ここで、nは、分岐の数であり、それぞれの副出口供給溝は、対応する螺旋出口溝に接続されている。
以下に説明する実施例において、マンドレルの出口直径は、1800mmであることが示される。しかし、本発明に係る共押出ダイは、任意の所望の出口直径を有することができ、特に、1300mm〜2500mmの範囲における直径に適している。全ての部分の詳細な設計は、最終用途、ならびに要求される滞留時間、圧力、および他のレオロジーパラメータに依存する。
Claims (20)
- 1300mm以上の直径を有する環状押出出口を有し、かつ複数の環状または円錐ダイマンドレル層を有する同心共押出ダイであって、それぞれの層が、一対の隣接する環状または円錐ダイマンドレルを含み、該マンドレルが、該マンドレルの間において、入口から環状押出出口までの溶融熱可塑性材料用流路を規定し、熱可塑性の管状の押出物が、該出口を通して使用中に形成され、多重環状層出口を通る押出物が、多層製品を形成し、
環状または円錐ダイマンドレルの少なくとも1つの層が、共押出ダイの外周の周りに離間して配置される複数の溶融材料入口を有し、それぞれの溶融材料入口が、供給溝に接続されていて、該供給溝が、2nの副出口供給溝を提供する複数の分岐を有し、nは、分岐の数であり、それぞれの副出口供給溝が、対応する螺旋出口溝に接続されていて、該副出口供給溝および該対応する螺旋出口溝に沿って連続した流路を提供するようになっていて、それにより、該複数の溶融材料入口のそれぞれが、該螺旋出口溝の各群に接続されていて、該螺旋出口溝の各群が、該少なくとも1つの層の該環状層出口の周囲の全周よりも小さな部分にそれぞれ接続されていることを特徴とする、同心共押出ダイ。 - 共押出ダイの外周の周りに配置される溶融材料入口が、少なくともいくつかのマンドレルから分離したダイの本体を通過する別個の入口経路によって、対応する供給溝に接続される、請求項1に記載の同心共押出ダイ。
- 共押出ダイの外周の周りに配置される溶融材料入口が、マンドレルから、およびダイの本体から分離した中央ダイブロックを通過する別個の入口経路によって、対応する供給溝に接続される、請求項1に記載の同心共押出ダイ。
- 共押出ダイの外周の周りに配置される複数の溶融材料入口をそれぞれ有する複数の前記層を有し、それぞれの入口が、複数分岐を有する供給溝に接続されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の同心共押出ダイ。
- 複数の溶融材料入口を有する前記層のそれぞれが、同数の入口を有する、請求項4に記載の同心共押出ダイ。
- 前記層の1以上が、前記層の他の1以上と異なる数の入口を有する、請求項4に記載の同心共押出ダイ。
- 環状マンドレルが、円筒形または円錐形である、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の同心共押出ダイ。
- 複数の溶融材料入口を有する前記層のそれぞれにおける分岐の数が、それぞれの前記層において同じである、請求項4〜7のいずれか1項に記載の同心共押出ダイ。
- 複数の溶融材料入口を有する前記層の1以上における分岐の数が、前記層の他の1以上における分岐の数と異なる、請求項4〜7のいずれか1項に記載の同心共押出ダイ。
- 複数の溶融材料入口を有する1またはそれぞれの前記層が、垂直、水平または円錐の配向の1以上においてその長さの一部または全てに配置される分岐供給溝を有する、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の同心共押出ダイ。
- 全ての前記層における分岐供給溝の配向が同じである、請求項10に記載の同心共押出ダイ。
- 前記層の1以上が、前記層の他の1以上からの分岐供給溝の異なる配向を有する、請求項10に記載の同心共押出ダイ。
- モジュラープレートを含む追加層をさらに含み、該モジュラープレートが、溶融ポリマーを供給するための複数の入口を有し、かつ押出フィルムの外層を提供するように配置さる、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の同心共押出ダイ。
- モジュラープレートをそれぞれ含む複数の追加層をさらに含み、それぞれのプレートが、溶融ポリマーを供給するための複数の入口を有し、前記プレートが、押出フィルムの外層を提供するように配置されている、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の同心共押出ダイ。
- 請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の同心共押出ダイ、および1またはそれぞれの前記層に溶融材料を供給する複数の熱可塑性材料押出機を有する、同心共押出ダイシステム。
- それぞれの押出機が、ダイの1以上の層の1以上の入口に供給する、請求項15に記載の同心共押出ダイシステム。
- 前記押出機の全てまたは一部が、溶融ポンプを介してダイの入口に接続される、請求項15または請求項16に記載の同心共押出ダイシステム。
- 請求項1〜17のいずれか1項に記載の共押出同心ダイを用いて多層熱可塑性フィルムを押出す方法。
- 少なくとも1つの層を通して押出される材料が、ポリアミドまたはエチレンビニルアルコール共重合体(EVOH)またはPVDCまたはフルオロポリマーを含んで成る、請求項18に記載の方法。
