resumo patente de invenção: "molde concêntrico para coextrusão e um método de extrudar um filme termoplástico multicamada". a presente invenção refere-se a um grande molde concêntrico para coextrusão (1) que é descrito tendo uma multiplicidade de camadas de mandril de moldes anulares ou cônicos (201-205). cada camada é formada entre um par de mandris de moldes anulares ou cônicos adjacentes (101-106) definindo entre eles um caminho de fluxo de material termoplástico fundido de uma entrada para uma saída de uma extrusão anular (110) através da qual é formada uma extrusão tubular de termoplásticos durante o uso. a extrusão realiza-se através de múltiplas saídas de camadas anulares (301-305) para formar um produto de múltiplas camadas. pelo menos uma camada (203) dos mandris de moldes anulares ou cônicos tendo uma multiplicidade de entradas de material fundido dispostas em torno da circunferência externa do molde para coextrusão com cada entrada sendo conectada a um canal de alimentação (403) tendo diversas bifurcações (403.1, 403.2, 403.3) fornecendo 2n canais de alimentação de saída subsidiários (503) onde n é o número de bifurcações. cada canal de saída subsidiário de alimentação sendo conectado a um canal de saída helicoidal correspondente (703).
