Claims (7)
- 少なくとも2つの押し出し機を結合させるための押し出しヘッドと、押し出される少なくとも2種類の材料から成る製品を成形するための少なくとも1つの金型とを有している押し出し成形装置において、
前記金型の、前記押し出しヘッド(2)側の領域に、少なくとも1つの拡大要素(16)が配置されていること、
前記拡大要素(16)が、第1の表面の領域において実質的に平滑に形成され、前記第1の表面とは逆の側の第2の表面の領域に、押し出される材料用の少なくとも1つの流路(21,22,23,24)を有していること、
前記拡大要素(16)が前記押し出しヘッド(2)の領域に回動可能に配置されていること、
を特徴とする押し出し成形装置。 - 前記押し出しヘッド(2)が複数個の流動通路(14,15)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の押し出し成形装置。
- 前記拡大要素(16)が1つの流動通路(19)を介して1つの付加押し出し機と結合可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の押し出し成形装置。
- 複数個の押し出し機と結合させるための接続部(10,11,18)がすべて前記押し出しヘッド(2)の外面に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか一つに記載の押し出し成形装置。
- 前記金型(28)の領域で流動通路(14,15)の合流が行われていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか一つに記載の押し出し成形装置。
- 前記拡大要素(16)が少なくとも2つの流路(21,22,23,24)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか一つに記載の押し出し成形装置。
- 前記流路(21,22,23,24)のうちの少なくとも1つが流路ブロッカー(25,26,27)によって閉鎖可能であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の押し出し成形装置。
