Abstract

本发明公开了一种带有增强涂层的双壁波纹管及其制造模具,通过在双壁波纹管外壁涂覆一层高密度聚乙烯或聚丙烯专用纯料可满足双壁波纹管外表耐磨、抗老化、美观等要求。该管材应用于城市建设的排水、排污、通讯电缆保护等领域,且经久耐用。用于加工涂层的模具不必重新制作,在原有挤出机结构上进行微小改动并加工一个分料盘即可,成本低,时效快,降低了双壁波纹管涂覆一层高密度聚乙烯或聚丙烯专用料的难度。

技术领域
本发明涉及双壁波纹管制造技术领域。
背景技术
目前市场上的HDPE双壁波纹管都没有涂层,外观质量较差,既不耐磨,也不耐老化。
发明内容
本发明所解决的技术问题是提供一种带有增强涂层的双壁波纹管及其制造模具可以在现有制造设备的基础上稍加改进后,方便的为双壁波纹管涂覆一层增强涂层。
本发明采用的技术方案是带有增强涂层的双壁波纹管,其特征在于:波纹管外壁有一层增强涂层,增强涂层厚度为0.1mm-0.3mm,增强涂层的材料为纯高密度聚乙烯或聚丙烯。
带有增强涂层的双壁波纹管的制造模具,包括双壁波纹管挤出机,挤出机包括相互连接的挤出机头部和挤出机尾部,在挤出机头部和挤出机尾部之间安装有分料盘,分料盘的进料区连通于涂层原料进口,分料盘布料区连通于挤出机外流道。
分料盘呈圆环状,圆环状分料盘的两个端面上加工出的凹槽构成进料区和布料区,进料区和布料区之间设有通孔相连通。
进料区和布料区之间的通孔为对称布置的两个,布料区的布料通道由两个通孔分为四道,然后相互连接布满圆环。
挤出机头部的前端最外侧为外壁套筒,外壁套筒前端加工一个沉孔,分料盘安装于沉孔内。
挤出机尾部外壁套筒位于挤出机头部的外壁套头内,分料盘与挤出机尾部的外壁套筒法兰之间留有均匀的间隙,分料盘布料区的端面朝向挤出机尾部的外壁套筒。
构成布料区的凹槽与圆环内侧不贯通。
在挤出机头部前端外壁上钻一径向孔,并钻一轴向孔,轴向孔与径向孔贯穿构成涂层原料进口。
本发明的有益效果是通过在双壁波纹管外涂覆一层高密度聚乙烯或聚丙烯专用纯料可满足双壁波纹管外表耐磨、抗老化、美观等要求。该管材应用于城市建设的排水、排污、通讯电缆保护等领域,且经久耐用。用于加工涂层的模具不必重新制作,在原有挤出机结构上进行微小和改动并加工一个分料盘即可,成本低,时效快,降低了双壁波纹管涂覆一层高密度聚乙烯或聚丙烯专用料的难度。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
为了使双壁波纹管更加耐用,本申请提供一种新型的带有增强涂层的双壁波纹管,如图1、图2所示,通过在普通HDPE双壁波纹管外表面增加一层0.1-~0.3mm的高密度聚乙烯或聚丙烯专用料涂覆层,成本虽略有增加,但波纹管的使用寿命、管材外观质量却可得到较大幅度的提高。
其中增强涂层可以采用纯高密度聚乙烯或聚丙烯塑料颗粒,采用纯料是因为其优异的物理性能,同时也更容易和双壁波纹管原有材料相融合。并可以在其中添加5%-10%的色母,增强其抗紫外线腐蚀的能力,为了取得特殊的防腐耐磨等性能,也可以在其中添加适量的其它材料。
为了制造带有增强涂层的双壁波纹管,不必重新制造模具,在原有挤出机的基础上进行部分改进即可。
如图3所示,改造普通双壁波纹管挤出模具的挤出机头部1,在挤出机头部1的外壁套筒端部加工一个沉孔;制造分料盘3,分料盘3安装到上述的沉孔内;然后按图7装配整体挤出机,最后将挤出机按设计生产要求布置在双壁波纹管生产线上即可生产出带有增强涂层的塑料双壁波纹管。
在挤出机头部的外壁套筒上钻一径向孔11,并焊一接头2,作为管材涂层原料的入口。
挤出机头部1的前端加工一沉孔,用于安装分料盘3,同时钻一轴向孔12与之前的径向孔11贯穿。
如图4、图5所示,分料盘3呈圆环状,圆环状分料盘的两个端面上加工出的凹槽构成进料区31和布料区32,进料区31和布料区32之间由对称分布的两个通孔相连通。分料盘3的布料区32的布料通道采用一分二、二分四、以及衣架式布料曲面,使涂料尽量均匀的分布于整个环面。为了加工便利,外壁套筒上只加工一个涂料进口,为了涂料分布均匀,也可以增加涂料进口数量,更加细分布料通道,目前的一分二、二分四的布料通道已经可以满足纯料高密度聚乙烯膜均匀分布的技术需求。
如图6所示,分料盘3与挤出机尾部外壁套筒4法兰之间留有均匀的间隙,构成布料区32的凹槽与圆环内侧不贯通,涂料进入布料区后从间隙内挤入外流道,形成厚度均匀的涂料层。
分料盘3安装在外壁套筒的沉孔内,并用定位销固定其位置,防止其周向转动,分料盘3把圆柱型涂料的料坯延展为均匀的薄壁型筒状料坯,涂料从间隙处汇入挤出机的外流道,附着在常规波纹管外管壁的外侧,最终与常规双壁波纹管外表面融为一体,并随之向前移动,然后一起进入管材成型后的下一道工序,从而制造出带外涂层的HDPE双壁波纹管。

Claims (3)

1.带有增强涂层的双壁波纹管的制造模具,包括双壁波纹管挤出机,挤出机包括相互连接的挤出机头部和挤出机尾部,其特征在于:在挤出机头部和挤出机尾部之间安装有分料盘,分料盘的进料区连通于涂层原料进口,分料盘布料区连通于挤出机外流道;
分料盘呈圆环状,圆环状分料盘的两个端面上加工出的凹槽构成进料区和布料区,进料区和布料区之间设有通孔相连通;
挤出机头部的前端最外侧为外壁套筒,外壁套筒前端加工一个沉孔,分料盘安装于沉孔内;
在挤出机头部前端外壁上钻一径向孔,并钻一轴向孔,轴向孔与径向孔贯穿构成涂层原料进口;
挤出机尾部外壁套筒位于挤出机头部的外壁套头内,分料盘与挤出机尾部的外壁套筒法兰之间留有均匀的间隙,分料盘布料区的端面朝向挤出机尾部的外壁套筒。
2.如权利要求1所述的带有增强涂层的双壁波纹管的制造模具,其特征在于:所述进料区和布料区之间的通孔为对称布置的两个,布料区的布料通道由两个通孔分为四道,然后相互连接布满圆环。
3.如权利要求2所述的带有增强涂层的双壁波纹管的制造模具,其特征在于:构成布料区的凹槽与圆环内侧不贯通。
