Abstract

一种多复合挤出机头液压锁紧结构。其包括两个夹持臂、6个斜垫板、6个推杆、6个油缸支架、6个油缸及6个锁紧孔。多复合挤出机的机体及机头两侧分别凹陷形成有一个锁紧孔,每个锁紧孔的内侧壁上安装一个斜垫板;两个夹持臂对称安装在机体和机头的两侧;每个油缸的活塞杆与一个推杆的后端相连,6个油缸和6个推杆分别通过6个油缸支架固定在两个夹持臂的6个分支上,且每个推杆的前端外侧面一侧形成有一个斜面。本发明的锁紧结构的锁紧力施加方向合理,力损失少,夹持臂受力合理、稳定。夹持臂固定不动,因此不存在大型部件移动时所产生的动力消耗、惯性冲击和安全隐患。锁紧和释放程序动作简单、迅速,因而能节省生产辅助时间,效率高。

多复合挤出机头液压锁紧结构
技术领域
本发明属于橡胶轮胎机械领域,特别是涉及一种多复合挤出机头液压锁紧结构。
背景技术
多复合挤出机是子午线轮胎生产过程中的重要关键设备之一,主要包括机体、机头等部件。生产过程中需要利用锁紧装置将机头进行锁紧,否则在胶料压力的作用下机头处容易出现漏胶。目前国内外多复合挤出机的锁紧装置主要存在下列问题:1、锁紧力的方向和密封面的夹角较小,所以锁紧力不够。2、不能兼顾所有的密封面,所以密封效果不好。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种结构设计合理、密封效果及安全性好,并且操作过程简单方便的多复合挤出机头液压锁紧结构。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供的多复合挤出机头液压锁紧结构包括两个呈Y字形的夹持臂、6个斜垫板、6个推杆、6个油缸支架、6个油缸及6个锁紧孔;其中多复合挤出机的机体及机头上、下部两侧分别凹陷形成有一个锁紧孔,每个锁紧孔的内侧壁上安装有一个越往内锁紧孔截面积越小的斜垫板;两个夹持臂利用紧固装置对称安装在机体和机头的两侧,并且每个夹持臂的每个分支上分别贯通形成有一个与上述6个锁紧孔位置相对应的推杆设置通孔;每个油缸的活塞杆与一个推杆的后端相连,6个油缸和6个推杆分别通过6个油缸支架固定在两个夹持臂的6个分支上,并且每个推杆以能够在油缸的驱动下沿推杆设置通孔移动且前端能够插入在上述锁紧孔内的方式贯穿设置在推杆设置通孔的内部,而且每个推杆的前端外侧面一侧形成有一个斜面。
所述的斜垫板上的斜面与推杆上的斜面相平行。
所述的斜垫板上的斜面法向指向夹持臂的几何中心。
所述的推杆上的斜面法向指向夹持臂的几何中心。
所述的锁紧孔的截面为圆形或矩形时,推杆的截面也相应为圆形或矩形。
所述的推杆上的斜面与推杆轴线间的夹角α为8°。
本发明提供的多复合挤出机头液压锁紧结构具有如下优点:
1.锁紧力施加方向合理,力损失少。夹持臂分支方向按机头密封面分布布置,使各密封面都得到兼顾,能保持锁紧力与每个密封面夹角均在40°以上,因此锁紧力利用效率高。
2.锁紧力从三个方向施加并且交汇于一点,夹持臂受力合理、稳定。由于夹持臂三个分支的几何交点即是锁紧力的汇聚点,夹持臂各分支主要只受沿分支轴线方向的拉力,因此力稳定性能好。
3.夹持臂固定不动,因此不存在大型部件移动时所产生的动力消耗、惯性冲击和安全隐患。另外,进行锁紧时,只需推杆在夹持臂和机头的通孔内移动,其它零部件都静止不动,因此安全性好。
4.锁紧和释放程序动作简单、迅速,因而能够节省生产辅助时间,所以效率高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明提供的多复合挤出机头液压锁紧结构进行详细说明。
如图1-图4所示,本发明提供的多复合挤出机头液压锁紧结构包括两个呈Y字形的夹持臂1、6个斜垫板2、6个推杆3、6个油缸支架4、6个油缸5及6个锁紧孔6;其中多复合挤出机的机体7及机头8上、下部两侧分别凹陷形成有一个锁紧孔6,每个锁紧孔6的内侧壁上安装有一个越往内锁紧孔6截面积越小的斜垫板2;两个夹持臂1利用紧固装置对称安装在机体7和机头8的两侧,并且每个夹持臂1的每个分支上分别贯通形成有一个与上述6个锁紧孔6位置相对应的推杆设置通孔9;每个油缸5的活塞杆与一个推杆3的后端相连,6个油缸5和6个推杆3分别通过6个油缸支架4固定在两个夹持臂1的6个分支上,并且每个推杆3以能够在油缸5的驱动下沿推杆设置通孔9移动且前端能够插入在上述锁紧孔6内的方式贯穿设置在推杆设置通孔9的内部,而且每个推杆3的前端外侧面一侧形成有一个斜面10。
所述的斜垫板2上的斜面11与推杆3上的斜面10相平行。
所述的斜垫板2上的斜面11法向指向夹持臂1的几何中心。
所述的推杆3上的斜面10法向指向夹持臂1的几何中心。
所述的锁紧孔6的截面为圆形或矩形时,推杆3的截面也相应为圆形或矩形。
所述的推杆3上的斜面10与推杆3轴线间的夹角α为8°。
当需要利用本发明提供的多复合挤出机头液压锁紧结构将机头8进行锁紧时,首先将机头8上各活动部分闭合到位,然后利用6个油缸5同时推动6个推杆3前移,使推杆3的前部从推杆设置通孔9内向外伸出并进入到锁紧孔6的内部,直至推杆3上的斜面10与斜垫板2上的斜面11相接触,之后使油缸5内的液压油保持在一定的压力范围内。如图4所示,油缸5中液压油产生的推力T将由推杆3传递给斜垫板2,从而产生垂直于斜垫板2的锁紧力F,且锁紧力F指向同一交点。因此夹持臂1受到的反作用力只有沿臂叉轴线交汇于一点的拉力,没有转矩,由此形成一个稳定的封闭受力系统。也就是说:整个机头8受到的是由夹持臂1从三个方向施加但交汇于一点的夹持力,因此能够确保密封面的压应力足以克服胶料压力,这样机头8处就不会出现漏胶。而当需要释放机头8时,只需利用6个油缸5同时将6个推杆3回缩,以使锁紧力F消失,直至推杆6完全缩回到夹持臂1上推杆设置通孔9的内部,留出机头8活动部分的开合空间即可。

Claims (4)

1.一种多复合挤出机头液压锁紧结构,其特征在于:所述的多复合挤出机头液压锁紧结构包括两个呈Y字形的夹持臂(1)、6个斜垫板(2)、6个推杆(3)、6个油缸支架(4)、6个油缸(5)及6个锁紧孔(6);其中多复合挤出机的机体(7)及机头(8)上、下部两侧分别凹陷形成有一个锁紧孔(6),每个锁紧孔(6)的内侧壁上安装有一个越往内锁紧孔(6)截面积越小的斜垫板(2);两个夹持臂(1)利用紧固装置对称安装在机体(7)和机头(8)的两侧,并且每个夹持臂(1)的每个分支上分别贯通形成有一个与上述6个锁紧孔(6)位置相对应的推杆设置通孔(9);每个油缸(5)的活塞杆与一个推杆(3)的后端相连,6个油缸(5)和6个推杆(3)分别通过6个油缸支架(4)固定在两个夹持臂(1)的6个分支上,并且每个推杆(3)以能够在油缸(5)的驱动下沿推杆设置通孔(9)移动且前端能够插入在上述锁紧孔(6)内的方式贯穿设置在推杆设置通孔(9)的内部,而且每个推杆(3)的前端外侧面一侧形成有一个斜面(10)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多复合挤出机头液压锁紧结构,其特征在于:所述的斜垫板(2)上的斜面(11)与推杆(3)上的斜面(10)相平行。
3.根据权利要求1所述的多复合挤出机头液压锁紧结构,其特征在于:所述的锁紧孔(6)的截面为圆形或矩形时,推杆(3)的截面也相应为圆形或矩形。
4.根据权利要求1所述的多复合挤出机头液压锁紧结构,其特征在于:所述的推杆(3)上的斜面(10)与推杆(3)轴线间的夹角α为8°。
