Claims (4)
- 前輪用のナックルを揺動可能に支持するサスペンション部材と、該サスペンション部材の振動を減衰するショックアブソーバとを備えた車両のサスペンション支持構造であって、
上記サスペンション部材の上面に、ショックアブソーバの下端部を揺動可能に支持する支持ブラケットが溶接され、
上記サスペンション部材には、その上面の一部を上方に隆起させた隆起部が形成され、
上記支持ブラケットの端部が上記隆起部の上面に溶接されるとともに、隆起部よりも高さの低い隆起部の周辺部の上面に上記支持ブラケットの端部以外の部分が溶接されたことを特徴とする車両のサスペンション支持構造。 - 上記支持ブラケットは、ショックアブソーバの枢支部が形成された一対の起立板を有し、該両起立板の端部が上記隆起部にそれぞれ溶接されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両のサスペンション支持構造。
- 上記サスペンション部材の上方にスタビライザーが車幅方向に延びるように設置されるとともに、該スタビライザーとの干渉を介するための干渉回避部が上記サスペンション部材の隆起部を避けた位置に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の車両のサスペンション支持構造。
- 上記サスペンション部材の上面には、支持ブラケットの端部を超えて溶接される捨て溶接ビード部が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の車両のサスペンション支持構造。
