Description
Claims (27)
- 特定のプリセットトルクを有する、あそびのない滑り軸受装置であって、
滑り軸受を有し、滑り軸受は、軸受ハウジング(1)と軸受ハウジング(1)内へ挿入された軸受スリーブ(2)とを具備し、軸受スリーブ(2)と軸受ハウジング(1)が軸方向に開放されていて、かつ、
軸受ハウジング(1)の軸方向の開放は、軸方向のスリット(1a)として、軸受スリーブ(2)の軸方向の開放は、軸方向のスリット(2a)と軸(3)により形成されていること、
軸(3)は、0.02〜1μmの表面の粗度Raを有し、
過剰寸法の軸(3)が、軸受ハウジング(1)内に挿入された軸受スリーブ(2)内へ挿入され、それにより軸受スリーブ(2)と軸受ハウジング(1)がともに拡幅している、ことを特徴とする滑り軸受装置。 - ハウジング(1)が、プラスチックからなる、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の滑り軸受装置。
- プラスチックが、射出成形で加工可能なプラスチックである、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の滑り軸受装置。
- 射出成形で加工可能なプラスチックが、軸受スリーブ(2)の回りに射出形成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の滑り軸受装置。
- ハウジング(1)が、金属材料からなる、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の滑り軸受装置。
- 金属材料が、鋳造材料である、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の滑り軸受装置。
- 金属材料が、形状記憶合金である、ことを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載の滑り軸受装置。
- 軸受スリーブ(2)が、滑り材料(5)として、プラスチックを含むことを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の滑り軸受装置。
- プラスチックが、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、ポリイミド、ポリアミドイミド、フッ化ポリビニリデン、過フルオロアルコキシコポリマー、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン、ポリエチレン、またはその組合せから選ばれたものである請求項8に記載の滑り軸受装置。
- 軸受スリーブ(2)が、補強材料(6)を含んでいる、ことを特徴とする請求項8又は9に記載の滑り軸受装置。
- 補強材料(6)が、金属で製造されたものである、ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の滑り軸受装置。
- 金属が銅、特殊鋼、クロム、ニッケル、亜鉛、亜鉛−鉄−合金、鉄、青銅および/またはアルミニウム、またはその合金から選ばれたものである請求項11に記載の滑り軸受装置。
- 補強材料(6)が、開放構造を有している、ことを特徴とする請求項10から12のいずれか1項に記載の滑り軸受装置。
- 開放構造を有している補強材料(6)が、織物、ワイヤ織物、伸張金属、および/または穴あき薄板として形成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の滑り軸受装置。
- 滑り材料が、後ろ側において支持体(7)と結合されている、ことを特徴とする請求項8から14のいずれか1項に記載の滑り軸受装置。
- 支持体(7)が、金属である、ことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の滑り軸受装置。
- 金属が、鋼、特殊鋼、銅、チタン、青銅、アルミニウムまたはその合金から選ばれたものである、ことを特徴とする請求項16に記載の滑り軸受装置。
- 軸受スリーブ(2)が、巻かれた軸受スリーブである、ことを特徴とする請求項1から17のいずれか1項に記載の滑り軸受装置。
- 軸受スリーブ(2)が、少なくとも1つの軸方向カラー(2b)を有している、ことを特徴とする請求項1から18のいずれか1項に記載の滑り軸受装置。
- トルクが、ハウジング(1)の剛性によって、調節されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1から19のいずれか1項に記載の滑り軸受装置。
- 軸(3)が、前側にアール(3a)または斜面を有している、ことを特徴とする請求項1から20のいずれか1項に記載の滑り軸受装置。
- 軸(3)が、角度センサの軸である、ことを特徴とする請求項1から21のいずれか1項に記載の滑り軸受装置配置。
- 軸(3)が、ドアヒンジの軸である、ことを特徴とする請求項1から21のいずれか1項に記載の滑り軸受装置配置。
- 軸(3)が、プリンタヘッドの軸である、ことを特徴とする請求項1から21のいずれか1項に記載の滑り軸受装置配置。
- 軸(3)が、ノートブック継手の軸である、ことを特徴とする請求項1から21のいずれか1項に記載の滑り軸受装置配置。
- 軸(3)が、調節可能なヘッドライトのスペンションの軸である、ことを特徴とする請求項1から21のいずれか1項に記載の滑り軸受装置配置。
- 自動車における請求項1から19のいずれか1項に記載の滑り軸受装置の使用。
