Claims (6)
- 重量物運搬車両用のタイヤであって、半径方向に延びる補強要素を含む少なくとも1枚のゴム引きプライから成る半径方向カーカス補強材(102)を有し、各ビードが上曲がり部(103)を形成するよう前記カーカス補強材(102)が部分的に巻き付けられた少なくとも1つの周方向補強材(101)及び少なくとも1つの追加の補強材(104)を有する、タイヤにおいて、前記追加の補強材(104)は、交互に且つ所望の補強レベルに応じた比率で分布して配置された複数本の伸長性の第1の補強要素(1)及び複数本の非伸長性の第2の補強要素(2)で形成された二種材料構造体を有し、前記第1の補強要素と前記第2の補強要素は、実質的に同一の中間平面内に位置すると共に相互に平行であり、前記伸長性の第1の補強要素(1)は、前記伸長性の第1の補強要素(1)の長さL1よりも短い長さLcを備えた結合部において前記非伸長性の第2の補強要素(2)に結合されており、その結果、前記第1の補強要素及び前記第2の補強要素の各々が2つの端を備えている状態において前記伸長性の第1の補強要素(1)の前記端のうちの少なくとも一方が前記非伸長性の第2の補強要素(2)の前記2つの端に対してオフセットしており、
前記追加の補強材(104)の半径方向最も外側の端は、前記伸長性の第1の補強要素(1)の端に対応しており、
前記伸長性の第1の補強要素(1)の前記半径方向最も外側の端は、半径方向断面平面で見て、前記カーカス補強材上曲がり部(103)の端から回転軸線までの距離D2よりも長い前記回転軸線から距離D3のところに位置している、タイヤ。 - 前記伸長性の第1の補強要素(1)の端と前記第2の補強要素(2)の端との間のオフセットは、少なくとも15mmである、請求項1記載のタイヤ補強材(10)。
- 前記第1の補強材と前記第2の補強材との間に結合部が存在しない部分の前記伸長性の第1の補強要素(1)の角度Bは、前記結合部の前記補強要素(1,2)の角度Aとは異なっており、前記角度は、前記補強材の最も大きな寸法方向に関して取られている、請求項1又は2記載のタイヤ補強材(10)。
- 前記第1の補強材と前記第2の補強材との間に結合部が存在しない部分の前記伸長性の第1の補強要素の傾斜角度Bと前記結合部の前記補強要素(1,2)の傾斜角度Aの差は、多くても60°である、請求項1〜3のうちいずれか一に記載のタイヤ補強材(10)。
- 前記伸長性の第1の補強要素(1)は、前記非伸長性の第2の補強要素(2)の各側で半径方向に延びており、前記第1の補強要素の半径方向最も内側の部分(1041′)は、前記周方向補強材(101)の半径方向内側まで延びる前記カーカス補強材の部分のあたりに少なくとも部分的に半径方向に係合している、請求項1〜4のうちいずれか一に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記非伸長性の第2の補強要素(2)の半径方向外側及び半径方向内側に向かってそれぞれ延びる前記部分(1041,1041′)の前記伸長性の第1の補強要素(1)は、同一方向に延びるが、前記結合部の前記補強要素の角度とは異なる角度をなして延びている、請求項1〜5のうちいずれか一に記載のタイヤ。
