Claims (10)
- 外側リムフランジを有するホイールに取り付けられる空気入り航空機タイヤであって、前記タイヤは、ラジアルカーカスと、トレッドと、前記タイヤの赤道面に対して5°以下の角度に周方向に対して向けられた補強コードによって形成された第1および第2のベルト層を有するクラウン補強部材と、を有し、前記クラウン補強部材は、前記第1および前記第2のベルト層の半径方向外側に位置し、前記タイヤの赤道面に対して0°から45°の間の角度に周方向に対して向けられたコードによって補強された、前記第1のベルト層の幅よりも小さく前記第2のベルトの幅よりも大きい幅を有するジグザグベルト層をさらに有し、前記タイヤのB/W比は0.6よりも大きく0.7よりも小さい値を有し、Bをリムフランジ間の幅、Wを定格圧力の下での断面幅とし、B/BW比は0.84から約1までの範囲にあり、ここでBWを最大ベルト幅とする、空気入り航空機タイヤ。
- 前記タイヤは、前記タイヤのヒール部と嵌り合う領域において楕円形の形状を有するフランジを備えるホイール上に取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- タイヤビード部が約0.6から約2.1までの範囲にあるRa/Fr1の関係を有し、ここで、Raを膨張していない新品または未使用の状態でのタイヤビード部半径とし、前記半径Raの中心点は前記タイヤの外側に位置し、Fr1をホイールフランジ最大楕円半径とすることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- SW/TSは約0.1から約0.5までの範囲にあり、ここで、SWを膨張条件において200%定格荷重を受けているときの領域Aの上限の位置でのチェーファー厚さ、TSを膨張条件において200%定格荷重を受けているときの領域Aの上限でのサイドウォールゴムの総厚さとし、領域Aは、膨張し荷重を受けていない状態において前記フランジと前記タイヤとの間の接触点によって形成される下部半径方向端点と、前記タイヤが膨張し200%定格荷重を受けているときにタイヤとホイールフランジとの接触点によって形成される上部半径方向端点とを有するサイドウォール内の領域として定義されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- ラジアルカーカスと、トレッドと、クラウン補強部材と、を有する空気入り航空機タイヤであって、前記タイヤの赤道面に対して0°から45°の間の角度に周方向に対して向けられたコードによって補強された1つまたは2つ以上のベルト層またはストリップを有し、
前記クラウン補強部材は、前記タイヤの赤道面に対して5°以下の角度に周方向に対して向けられた補強コードによって形成された第1および第2のベルト層を有し、かつ、記第1および前記第2のベルト層の半径方向外側に位置し、
前記1つまたは2つ以上のベルト層またはストリップは、前記第1のベルト層の幅よりも小さく前記第2のベルトの幅よりも大きい幅を有するジグザグベルト層を含む、
前記タイヤのB/W比は約0.6から約0.7の間の範囲にあり、ここで、Bをホイールフランジ間の幅、Wを定格圧力の下での断面幅とし、

- ホイールフランジ間の幅Bと最も広いベルト幅BWとの比B/BWが約0.84から約1.0までの範囲にあることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 新品または未使用の状態でのホイール上のビードコアの下方の材料のビード圧縮率t1/Tは24%未満であり、ここで、t1を前記ビードコアの下方のゴムの干渉厚さとし、Tを前記ビードコアの半径方向内側および下方の材料総厚さとすることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記ビード圧縮比t1/Tは18%未満であることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- チェーファーの端部は、AHの半径方向外側に位置し、ここで、AHは前記タイヤが膨張し200%定格荷重を受けているときにタイヤとホイールフランジとの接触点によって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
