Claims (6)
- 車両用の無段階トランスミッション装置(1)であって、トランスミッションハウジング内に配置されている可変器(3)、遊星歯車式トランスミッション装置(4)および切り替えトランスミッション装置(9)を有し、その際可変器が、斜軸構造の液圧式ユニット(3)として実施され、かつ少なくとも一つの調整ユニット(3A,3B)を有して形成されており、液圧式ユニット(3)が、共通のヨーク(12)を介して共通して調整可能に実施される、少なくとも一つの調整可能なポンプ装置(3A)と少なくとも一つの調整可能なモーター装置(3B)を備えており、ポンプ装置(3A)と連結される第一の軸(14)の領域において、遊星歯車式トランスミッション装置(4)と作用しあうよう結合されており、およびモーター装置(3B)と連結される第二の軸(15)の領域において切り替えトランスミッション装置(9)と作用しあうよう結合されており、
液圧式ユニット(3)および遊星歯車式トランスミッション装置(4)が一つのモジュール(2)を形成し、かつ一つの共通のキャリアプレート(19)上に配置されている無段階トランスミッション装置(1)において、
液圧式ユニット(3)が、幅と深さより長く、およびその長手延在部が、車両内での組み込み状態で少なくとも近似的に鉛直に向けられていることを特徴とする無段階トランスミッション装置(1)。 - 遊星歯車式トランスミッション(4)の軸(13)が、車両駆動トレインの駆動機械と接続可能であるトランスミッション駆動軸(5)と相互作用し、かつ液圧式ユニットの両軸(14,15)が、遊星歯車式トランスミッション装置(4)の別の軸(6,7)と各々相互作用することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無段階トランスミッション装置。
- 液圧式ユニット(3)及び遊星歯車式トランスミッション装置(4)を含むモジュール(2)が、組み込み状態において、前進走行方向(X)に向かって車両の駆動機械に関し、右側または左側の車両サイドに配置されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の無段階トランスミッション装置。
- 液圧式ユニット(3)が、車両内での組み込み状態において、空間的に、駆動機械と遊星歯車式トランスミッション装置(4)の間に位置取っていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の無段階トランスミッション装置。
- 液圧式ユニット(3)が、車両内での組み込み状態において、空間的に、遊星歯車式トランスミッション装置(4)と車両後軸の間に位置取っていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の無段階トランスミッション装置。
- キャリアプレート(19)が解除可能にトランスミッションハウジングと接続可能であり、かつトランスミッションハウジングの一部分であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無段階トランスミッション装置。
