Claims (13)
- 二次的に連結されたパワースプリットを備えた変速装置(1)であって、作用するトルクの一部を、第1パワースプリット(3)において少なくとも1つの油圧ユニット(4)を介して、およびトルクの他の部分を、第2パワースプリット(5)において機械ユニット(6)を介して、変速装置入力部(7)および変速装置出力部(8)の間に導くことが可能であり、前記第1パワースプリット(3)の前記油圧ユニット(4)は、少なくとも1つのポンプ(12)、および少なくとも1つの、油圧回路を介して前記ポンプ(12)と作用接続するモータ(13)を備え、前記ポンプ(12)と前記モータ(13)の両方が調整可能であり、両前記第1パワースプリット(3)および前記第2パワースプリット(5)は、総和歯車ユニット(9)を介して合計可能である変速装置(1)において、
前記総和歯車ユニット(9)は、3つの軸(22、23、24)を備えた遊星歯車ユニットとして構成され、前記遊星歯車ユニット(9)の第1軸(23)は前記変速装置入力部(7)と、前記遊星歯車ユニット(9)の第2軸(22)は前記ポンプ(12)と、および前記遊星歯車ユニット(9)の第3軸(24)は、前記モータ(13)および前記変速装置出力部(8)と作用接続し、1つのみの変速比レンジを備え、該変速比レンジの内部で変速比を、前記油圧ユニット(4)を介して無段階で変化可能であり、
少なくとも1つの前記ポンプ(12)の最大供給量は、少なくとも1つの前記モータ(13)の最大排気量よりも小さいことを特徴とする変速装置(1)。 - 請求項1に記載の変速装置であって、前記変速装置入力部(7)および前記総和歯車ユニット(9)の間に、少なくとも2つの走行方向シフト要素(KR、KV)を備え、前記走行方向シフト要素(KR、KV)により、前進走行用方式と後退走行用方式の間を切り替え可能であることを特徴とする変速装置。
- 請求項1に記載の変速装置であって、変速装置出力部および前記総和歯車ユニットの間に、少なくとも2つの走行方向シフト要素を備え、前記走行方向シフト要素により、前進走行用方式と後退走行用方式の間を切り替え可能であることを特徴とする変速装置。
- 請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の変速装置であって、前記総和歯車ユニット(9)は、少なくとも3つの軸(22、23、24)を備えた遊星歯車ユニットとして構成され、前記遊星歯車ユニット(9)の第1軸(23)は前記変速装置入力部(7)と、前記遊星歯車ユニット(9)の第2軸(22)は前記ポンプ(12)と、および前記遊星歯車ユニット(9)の第3軸(24)は、前記モータ(13)および前記変速装置出力部(8)と作用接続していることを特徴とする変速装置。
- 請求項4に記載の変速装置であって、前記遊星歯車ユニット(9)の第1軸(23)は遊星キャリアであり、前記遊星歯車ユニット(9)の第2軸(22)は太陽歯車であり、および前記遊星歯車ユニット(9)の第3軸(24)は内歯車であることを特徴とする変速装置。
- 請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の変速装置であって、前記モータ(13)の排気量および前記ポンプ(12)の供給量が、0パーセントないし100パーセントの領域で変化可能であり、前記モータ(13)の排気量が最大で前記ポンプ(12)の供給量が最低の場合に作用するトルク全体を、前記油圧ユニット(4)を備えた前記第1パワースプリット(3)を介して、および前記モータ(13)の排気量が最低で前記ポンプ(12)の供給量が最大の場合に作用するトルク全体を、前記機械ユニット(6)を備えた前記第2パワースプリット(5)を介して導くことを特徴とする変速装置。
- 前記油圧ユニット(4)および前記変速装置入力部(7)が、前記総和歯車ユニット(9)の同じ側に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の変速装置。
- 前記油圧ユニット(4)が前記総和歯車ユニット(9)の一方の側に配置され、および前記変速装置入力部(7)が前記総和歯車ユニット(9)の他方の側に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の変速装置。
- 前記変速装置出力部(8)が、少なくとも、前記モータ(13)の出力軸(16)と作用接続に至ることが可能な、および/または作用接続している軸(30)の領域に備わることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載の変速装置。
- 前記変速装置入力部(7)の領域において、変速装置入力側に作用するトルクの少なくとも一部を、パワーテイクオフと連結可能な、少なくとも1つの更なる軸(15、17)の方向へスプリット可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9の何れか一項に記載の変速装置。
- 前記ポンプ(12)および前記モータ(13)は、車両において、前記変速装置(1)の取り付け位置で、調整されつつ互いに位置決めされることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10の何れか一項に記載の変速装置。
- 前記ポンプ(12)および前記モータ(13)は、車両において、前記変速装置(1)の取り付け位置で、車両垂直方向に互いに重なり合うか、または車両長手方向もしくは車両横方向に実質的に互いに並んで配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11の何れか一項に記載の変速装置。
- 前記走行方向シフト要素(KV、KR)は、摩擦接合型パワーシフト要素として構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12の何れか一項に記載の変速装置。
