Claims (25)
- エネルギ貯蔵システム(2)を放電させる方法であって、
加圧された冷却材(14)を貯蔵ユニット(16)内に貯蔵するステップと、
非常時に、第1の放電抵抗器(12)を用いてトリガ信号(26)に基づいて前記エネルギ貯蔵システム(2)の放電を開始するステップと、
前記エネルギ貯蔵システム(2)の放電を開始する前記トリガ信号(26)に基づいて、前記貯蔵ユニットを開放して前記冷却材(14)を噴射し、前記冷却材(14)を前記第1の放電抵抗器(12)に供給することで、熱を除去するステップと、
非常時以外の放電の場合に、前記第1の放電抵抗器(12)を用いた前記エネルギ貯蔵システム(2)の放電よりも長い所要時間において前記エネルギ貯蔵システム(2)の放電を行うように適合されている、抵抗値を調整可能な前記第1の放電抵抗器、第2の放電抵抗器(32)または適宜のエネルギ消費機器を使用するステップとを含む
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記冷却材(14)は、前記エネルギ貯蔵システム(2)にも供給され、かつ/または
前記冷却材は、前記エネルギ貯蔵システム(2)および/または前記第1の放電抵抗器(12)内に貯蔵される、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記冷却材(14)は炭酸ガスである、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記トリガ信号(26)は、事故発生よりも所定期間前に送信される、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記トリガ信号(26)は、手動操作可能な信号送信機によって送信される、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記トリガ信号(26)は、事故の可能性を感知し、該事故の可能性が所定の事故可能性閾値を超える場合は、事故感知センサにより自動的に送信され、かつ/または
前記トリガ信号は、エアバッグ展開信号と相互に関連付けられる、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記所定の事故可能性閾値は、前記エネルギ貯蔵システム(2)を所定レベル以下まで放電させるための所要時間と相関関係にある、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 放電が開始すると情報信号を送信するステップをさらに含む、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記エネルギ貯蔵システム(2)を所定レベルまで放電させ、かつ/または
前記エネルギ貯蔵システム(2)を所定のレベルまで放電させるための所要時間が経過すると安全信号を送信するステップをさらに含む
請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記第1の放電抵抗器(12)は、正の温度係数を有する金属合金から製造され、かつ/または
少なくとも1つのエネルギ消費機器を、放電抵抗器(12;32)として、および/またはエネルギ消費による放電を助けるために使用する、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記エネルギ貯蔵システム(2)は、少なくとも1つのコンデンサおよび/または少なくとも1つのバッテリである請求項2に記載の方法。
- エネルギ貯蔵システム(2)と、第1の接続部を介して前記エネルギ貯蔵システム(2)に接続された第1の放電抵抗器(12)とを備える電気エネルギ貯蔵システム(2)を放電させる装置であって、
加圧された冷却材(14)を貯蔵するための少なくとも1つの貯蔵ユニット(16)をさらに備え、
非常時に、前記貯蔵ユニット(16)をトリガ信号(26)に基づいて開放すると冷却材が噴射され、当該トリガ信号(26)に基づいて前記エネルギ貯蔵システム(2)の放電が開始され、前記冷却材(14)が前記第1の放電抵抗器(12)に供給されて熱を除去し、
非常時以外の放電の場合に、前記第1の放電抵抗器(12)を用いた前記エネルギ貯蔵システム(2)の放電よりも長い所要時間において前記エネルギ貯蔵システム(2)の放電を行うように適合されている、抵抗値を調整可能な前記第1の放電抵抗器、第2の放電抵抗器(32)または適宜のエネルギ消費機器を備える
ことを特徴とする装置。 - 前記冷却材(14)は、前記エネルギ貯蔵システム(2)にも供給される請求項12に記載の装置。
- 前記冷却材(14)は炭酸ガスであり、かつ/または
前記貯蔵ユニット(16)は、前記エネルギ貯蔵システム(2)および/または前記第1の放電抵抗器(12)に組み込まれる、請求項12または13に記載の装置。 - 前記第1の放電抵抗器(12)は抵抗巻線を有し、

- 前記トリガ信号送信機(28)および/または情報信号送信機および/または安全信号送信機は、複数の異なる信号を送信可能な単一の信号送信機としてそれぞれ実現される、請求項18から22のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記エネルギ貯蔵システム(2)は、少なくとも1つのコンデンサおよび/または1つのバッテリである請求項13に記載の装置。
- 電気エネルギ貯蔵システム(2)を放電させる、請求項12から24のいずれか一項に記載の装置を搭載した車両。
