Description
こうした電気的接続部材は既に一般に知られており、種々の電気機器で、例えば自動車技術における制御装置または駆動機構などにおいて、接続線と差し込みコンタクト素子とを電気的に接続するために用いられている。この場合、ふつうは、いわゆるクランプ接続部の形態の応力結合部が使用される。クランプ接続部では、差し込みコンタクト素子の端子領域が可塑的に変形することによって、接続線に接続される。しかし、こうしたクランプ接続部は取り外しが制限されるし、たいていの場合、修正不能である。
こうした従来技術から出発して、本発明の基礎とする課題は、請求項1の上位概念記載の電気的接続部材において、きわめて小さな電流が導通される場合にもできるかぎり線形の抵抗特性が得られるようにすることである。
Claims (13)
- 少なくとも1つの差し込みコンタクト素子(10)と該差し込みコンタクト素子(10)に接続されている接続線(1)とを含み、
前記少なくとも1つの差し込みコンタクト素子(10)と前記接続線(1)とのあいだがクランプ接続部として構成された少なくとも1つの応力結合部(12,13)によって接続される、
電気的接続部材において、
前記応力結合部(12,13)に、第1の付加的な材料結合部(15)または第1の付加的なはんだ接続部が設けられており、
前記差し込みコンタクト素子(10)が対向コンタクト素子(24)に電気的に接触しており、かつ、応力結合によって結合されており、前記差し込みコンタクト素子(10)と前記対向コンタクト素子(24)とのあいだに、第2の付加的な材料結合部(38)または第2の付加的なはんだ接続部が構成されている、
ことを特徴とする電気的接続部材。 - 前記第1の付加的な材料結合部(15)は、溶接部として構成されている、請求項1記載の電気的接続部材。
- 前記溶接部は、レーザー溶接部または抵抗溶接部または超音波溶接部である、請求項2記載の電気的接続部材。
- 前記クランプ接続部(12,13)はダブルクランプ接続部として構成されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の電気的接続部材。
- 前記第2の付加的な材料結合部(38)は溶接部として構成されている、請求項1記載の電気的接続部材。
- 前記差し込みコンタクト素子(10)はコネクタケーシング(20)内に配置されており、前記コネクタケーシング(20)は、前記差し込みコンタクト素子(10)と前記対向コンタクト素子(24)とのあいだの接続領域(37)に、外部から前記接続領域(37)にアクセス可能となるよう、開放部(21)を有している、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の電気的接続部材。
- 前記開放部(21)は貫通口である、請求項6記載の電気的接続部材。
- 前記コネクタケーシング(20)の前記接続領域(37)は、別のケーシング(31)内に配置された前記対向コンタクト素子(24)に電気的に接触しており、前記別のケーシング(31)は開放部(32)を有しており、該別のケーシングの開放部(32)は、少なくとも部分的に前記コネクタケーシングの開放部(21)に重なるように配置されており、かつ、カバー部材(33)によって閉鎖可能である、請求項6または7記載の電気的接続部材。
- 前記別のケーシング(31)は電気機器(30)のケーシング(31)である、請求項8記載の電気的接続部材。
- 前記コネクタケーシング(20)に対応する前記差し込みコンタクト素子(10)は、前記コネクタケーシング(20)内で、形状嵌合結合部を介して固定されている、請求項6から9までのいずれか1項記載の電気的接続部材。
- 前記形状嵌合結合部は係止接続部材(14)である、請求項10記載の電気的接続部材。
- 前記コネクタケーシング(20)は前記別のケーシング(31)と協働するシール材(36)を有する、請求項6から11までのいずれか1項記載の電気的接続部材。
- 前記コネクタケーシング(20)内では複数の差し込みコンタクト素子(10)が相互に平行に配置されている、請求項6から12までのいずれか1項記載の電気的接続部材。
