式II
a)アルミノ珪酸塩を酸性のアルカリ金属塩水溶液および/またはアルカリ土類金属塩水溶液で処理する工程および
b)アルカリ金属塩水溶液および/またはアルカリ土類金属塩水溶液で処理されたアルミノ珪酸塩でか焼する工程を有することによって顕著である。特に、形式的に0.5〜20質量%の酸化マグネシウムの含量、4〜30質量%の酸化アルミニウムの含量および60〜95質量%の二酸化珪素の含量を有する触媒が製造される。
工程a)で、アルカリ金属塩溶液および/またはアルカリ土類金属塩溶液を使用することができる。工程a)でアルカリ金属およびアルカリ土類金属の1つ以上の塩を有する塩溶液を使用することも可能である。塩水溶液を製造するために、水溶性であるかまたは酸の添加によって水溶性化合物に移行するアルカリ金属化合物および/またはアルカリ土類金属化合物が使用されうる。特に、塩としてアルカリ金属またはアルカリ土類金属の硝酸塩が使用される。
本発明による方法は、少なくとも1つの処理工程b)を有し、この場合アルカリ金属塩溶液および/またはアルカリ土類金属塩溶液で処理されたアルミノ珪酸塩は、か焼される。か焼は、特にガス流中、例えば空気、窒素、二酸化炭素および/または1つ以上の希ガスを含有するかまたは前記成分の1つ以上からなるガス流中で行なわれる。好ましくは、か焼は、ガス流としての空気を使用しながら行なわれる。
工程a)とb)との間で工程c)を実施することは、好ましく、この場合には、アルカリ金属塩溶液および/またはアルカリ土類金属塩溶液で処理されたアルミノ珪酸塩が乾燥される。工程c)での乾燥は、100〜140℃の温度で行なうことができる。特に、乾燥は、ガス流中で行なわれる。乾燥は、例えば空気、窒素、二酸化炭素および/または1つ以上の希ガスを含有するかまたは前記成分の1つ以上からなるガス流中で実施されてよい。アルカリ金属塩溶液および/またはアルカリ土類金属塩溶液での処理後およびか焼前の乾燥の中間工程によって、か焼の際に大きな"水蒸気量"が放出されないことが達成されうる。その上、乾燥によって、か焼の際に自然に蒸発する水により触媒の形状が破壊されることが回避されうる。
第1の実施変法において、触媒成形体、殊にアルミノ珪酸塩成形体を酸性のアルカリ金属塩水溶液および/またはアルカリ土類金属塩水溶液で処理することによって得られる本発明による触媒成形体は、場合によっては乾燥されることができ、引続きか焼されることができる。

で示される化合物への式II
アルミノ珪酸塩粉末500g(製造業者:Grace Davison, タイプ:Davicat O 701, 形式的Al2O3含量:13質量%、形式的SiO2含量:76質量%、形式的Na2O含量:0.1質量%、850℃での灼熱減量:約11%)、Disperal197g、Sasol Deutschland GmbH社の77質量%の形式的Al2O3含量を有するベーム石を1.28質量%の硝酸水溶液803g中に攪拌混入し、引続き徹底的に攪拌し、その際に形成されるゲルを絶えず剪断し、こうして流動性の状態に覆われた容器中で60℃で3時間維持し、このゲルを室温に冷却し、場合によっては蒸発された水で代替することによって得ることができる、Disperalゲル363g(形式的Al2O3含量:15.6%)および完全脱塩水370g(VE水)を、最初に徹底的に互いにEirich社の強力ミキサー中で混合した。引続き、ペレット化をEirich社の強力ミキサー中で行ない、30〜40分間で約1〜3mmの直径を有する均一に円形のペレットを得た。湿ったペレットを最初に120℃で空気流中で乾燥させ、引続き2K/分で550℃に加熱し、この温度で10時間空気流中でか焼した。こうして得られたアルミノ珪酸塩ペレットは、形式的にAl2O376質量%およびSiO224質量%を含有していた。更に、製造された触媒は、ナトリウム化合物0.12質量%を含有していた(酸化ナトリウムとして計算した)。アルミノ珪酸塩ペレットの組成を出発物質の量および組成から計算した。アルミノ珪酸塩ペレットは、上記のシクロヘキサン法で測定した細孔容積1.15ml/gを有していた。
水道水および硝酸マグネシウム六水和物から、4.7質量%のマグネシウム含量を有する含浸溶液を製造した。この溶液のpH値は、5.1であった。真空含浸により、例1で製造されたアルミノ珪酸塩担体の篩別された画分(直径1.0mm〜2.8mm)を酸性の硝酸マグネシウム溶液に浸漬した。そのために、ペレットをガラス管中に充填し、このガラス管を約30分間排気した(約25hPaの水流ポンプ真空)。引続き、この含浸溶液を下方から固体堆積物の上縁部にまで吸い込ませた。約15分間の作用時間後、担体によって吸収されていない溶液を放置した。湿ったペレットを最初に空気流中で140℃で質量が一定になるまで乾燥させ、引続き3K/分で450℃に加熱し、この温度で12時間か焼した。製造された触媒は、形式的に二酸化珪素68質量%、酸化アルミニウム21質量%および酸化マグネシウム11質量%から構成されていた。更に、製造された触媒は、ナトリウム化合物0.11質量%を含有していた(酸化ナトリウムとして計算した)。触媒の組成を出発物質の量および組成ならびに流出された含浸溶液から計算した。ナトリウム量は、実施例1で使用されたアルミノ珪酸塩の成分であった。上記のシクロヘキサン法で測定された細孔容積は、1.1ml/gであった。
1.1ml/gの細孔容積を有するアルミノ珪酸塩粉末500g(製造業者:Grace Davison,タイプ::Davicat O 701, Al2O3含量:13質量%、SiO2含量:76質量%、Na2O含量:0.1質量%、850℃での灼熱減量:約11%;Malvern社のMastersizer 2000でレーザー回折により測定した、粒度d50=20μm)に、円錐形ミキサー中で酸性の硝酸マグネシウム溶液550ml(Mg含量:4.7質量%、pH値=5.1)を添加し、20分間混合した。引続き、この湿った粉末を渦動床炉中で最初に140℃で空気流で質量が一定になるまで乾燥し、引続き450℃でマッフル炉中で10時間か焼した。850℃で灼熱された触媒中の出発化合物から計算された、主成分の含量(この主成分に対して)は、Al2O312質量%、SiO277質量%、MgO11質量%であった。
水道水355g中に硝酸マグネシウム六水和物645gを溶解した。この溶液のpH値は、3.5であった。この溶液中にDisperalゲル500g(形式的Al2O3含量:15.6質量%)を攪拌混入した。引続き、得られた粘稠ではあるが、なお良好に攪拌可能およびポンプ輸送可能な懸濁液を、直接にアルミノ珪酸塩粉末(製造業者:Grace Davison, タイプ:Davicat O 701、Al2O3含量:13質量%、SiO2含量:76質量%、Na2O含量:0.1%、850℃での灼熱減量:11%、Malvern社のMastersizer 2000でレーザー回折により測定した)およびタブレット化助剤としての黒鉛42g(製造業者:Edelgraphitgesellschaft Bonn, タイプ:K 16)と前混合した。この場合、ルーズな若干湿った凝集塊からなる塊が得られた。引続き、この塊をEirich社の強力ミキサー中でペレット化した。この場合、タブレット化能を有する顆粒を得るために、主に1mm未満の直径を有する円形のペレットが生じるようにペレット化を制御した。引続き、湿ったペレットを140℃で2時間乾燥させ、その後に空気が貫流された回転管中で450℃で1時間か焼した。
分解を、熱媒油(Sasol Olefin & Surfactants GmbH社のMarlotherm SH)が流れる加熱ジャケットを備えた管状反応器中で実施した。触媒として、例2で製造された触媒を使用した。エダクトとして、99.7質量%の純度を有する工業用MTBE(Oxeno Olefinchemie社のDriveron)を使用した。
例5と同じ装置中で、MTBEを250℃で分解した。触媒として、例4で製造されたタブレット10gを使用した。処理量は、毎時MTBE100gであった。これは、10h-1のWHSVに相当した。この試験は480時間に及んだ。この試験結果を第2表中に記載した。
Claims (7)
- イソブテンを、出発化合物のメチル−第三ブチルエーテルを110〜450℃の温度および0.1〜2MPaの圧力でイソブテンおよびメタノールに接触気相分解することによって製造する方法において、気相分解における触媒として、次の工程:
a)無定形アルミノ珪酸塩をアルカリ土類金属塩溶液として硝酸マグネシウム水溶液で酸性条件下で処理する工程および
b)アルカリ土類金属塩溶液として硝酸マグネシウム水溶液で処理された無定形アルミノ珪酸塩をか焼する工程
を有する方法によって製造された、酸化マグネシウム0.5〜20質量%、酸化アルミニウム4〜30質量%および二酸化珪素60〜95質量%を有する触媒を使用することを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記触媒の製造工程において使用される無定形アルミノ珪酸塩が、無定形ゼオライトであることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 工程a)とb)との間で、処理されたアルミノ珪酸塩が乾燥される工程c)を実施する、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 工程c)での乾燥を100〜140℃の温度で行なう、請求項3記載の方法。
- 工程a)での処理を10〜120℃の温度で実施する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 工程b)でのか焼を200〜1000℃の温度で0.1〜10時間実施する、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- アルミノ珪酸塩として、酸化アルミニウム5〜40質量%および二酸化珪素60〜95質量%を有するアルミノ珪酸塩を使用する、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
