Abstract
Description
本発明の一実施形態にかかる保温シートの構成を、図1〜4に示す。
本発明の一実施形態にかかる保温シート1は、図1,2に示すように、ターポリンシート10と、不織布層11と、ポリエステル帆布12をこの順に積層した積層体を主としてなる。保温シート1を使用する際には、ポリエステル帆布12側を保温したい対象物側(内側)とし、ターポリンシート10側を大気等の外部環境と接する側(外側)とする。
本保温シート1においては、図3(b)に示すように、ポリエステル帆布12に、空気抜きのための貫通孔としてのスリット13が形成されている。そして、ポリエステル帆布12の外側の面(不織布層11に接するのと反対側の面)には、スリット13の長手方向外側に対向して設けられた2つのハトメ孔14b,14bの間に、ロープ(紐状部材)15が張り渡されている。さらに、ロープの上から、カバーシート(シート片)16がスリット13を覆って配置されている。カバーシート16は、端縁の少なくとも一部が開放された状態で、ポリエステル帆布12に縫いとめられている。
本保温シート1において、不織布層11とターポリンシート10の間は、面内方向での相互間のずれを防ぐため、固定手段によって固定されていることが好ましい。図4に、不織布層11とターポリンシート10の間の構造を示す。2枚の不織布シート11a,11bは、図4(a)中に破線で示したように、相互に縫合されている。そして、ターポリンシート10側となる不織布シート11aの面には、雌雄一方の面ファスナ(例えばマジックテープ(登録商標))17aが縫いつけられている。そして、ターポリンシート10の不織布層11側の面には、不織布シート11aに固定された面ファスナ17aと対向する位置に、雌雄他方の面ファスナ17bが縫いつけられている。そして、図1,2に示すようにターポリンシート10と不織布層11が重ねられた状態で、不織布層11に形成された面ファスナ17aとターポリンシート10に形成された面ファスナ17bが係合され、不織布層11とターポリンシート10が相互に面内方向に固定される。
本保温シート1は、上記のように、高い保温性と耐水性を備え、かつ不織布を保温機能の主体としてなる軽量のシートであるため、種々の物品の保温に使用することができる。ポリエステル帆布12側の面を保温対象物に接する内側とし、ターポリンシート10側の面を大気等に接する外側として、本保温シート1で保温対象物を被覆すれば、大気よりも高温の状態にある保温対象物から大気等への放熱や、大気よりも低温の状態にある保温対象物の加熱を効果的に抑制することができる。
本発明の実施形態にかかるトラック荷台用シート(以下単に荷台用シートまたはシートと称する場合がある)は、上記で説明した本発明の実施形態にかかる保温シート1より形成され、トラック(特に平ボディトラック、ダンプトラック等)の荷台に積載されたアスファルト合材などの積載物を被覆する。トラックの荷台の形状および積載物の形状等に応じて、トラック荷台用シートは任意の形状に形成することができるが、以下の実施形態を好適なものとして挙げることができる。
本発明の第一の実施形態にかかるトラック荷台用シート30を、トラック90の荷台91に取り付けた状態の上面図を、図5に模式的に示す。荷台用シート30は、1枚の長方形状の保温シート1よりなり、トラック90の荷台91の上面のほぼ全領域を覆っている。ターポリンシート10側の面を上にして荷台用シート30を積載物の上にかぶせた状態で、四方に設けられたハトメ孔14aにロープ96を挿通し、荷台91に固定することで、荷台用シート30を荷台91に取り付けることができる。
図6,7に、本発明の第二の実施形態にかかるトラック荷台用シート40の構成を示す。本荷台用シート40は、2枚の分割シート40a,40aよりなり、トラック90の荷台91の上面を、トラック90の幅方向に2分割して覆っている。本荷台用シート40は、手動操作または自動操作によって開閉可能な飛散防止装置93を有するトラック90に取り付けられる。飛散防止装置93は、大型のダンプトラックにおいてしばしば設けられるものであり、箱形の荷台91の左右の側方面を形成する側あおり板92aの上方に設けられ、閉状態において荷台91の上方を覆うことで、積載物の飛散を防止する役割を果たす。飛散防止装置93は、板状部93aまたは鉄骨よりなるパイプフレーム93b、あるいはその両方を有してなる。パイプフレーム93bには、飛散防止効果を高めるため、しばしばシート体が張り渡される。
トラック90の荷台91においては、上面から大気への放熱に加え、側面を介した放熱も無視することができない。そこで、本発明の第三の実施形態にかかるトラック荷台用シート50は、トラック90の荷台91の側面を構成する壁面に設けられるものである。ここで、荷台91の側面とは、左右両側の側壁面92a,92aに限られず、車両後方の後方壁面92bおよび車両前方の前方壁面92cを含むものである。側壁面92a,92aおよび後方壁面92bは、開閉可能なあおり板であってもよい。
本発明の一実施形態にかかる保温ケース60の構成を、図10〜12に示す。本保温ケース60は、上記で説明した本発明の実施形態にかかる保温シート1より形成され、種々の対象物を被覆する。
実施例にかかる保温シートとして、図1〜4に構成を示したのと同様の本発明の実施形態にかかる保温シートを作成した。つまり、2300mm×5300mmの長方形のシルバーターポリンシートおよびポリエステル帆布の間に、2100mm×5300mmの長方形の2枚のポリプロピレンスパンボンド不織布を挟み、対向する長辺においてターポリンシートとポリエステル帆布を融着するとともに、一方の短辺を4層合わせてミシン縫いし、他方の短辺を融着した。ここで、ポリエステル帆布側の面には、長辺を略等分する3か所に、55mm×500mmのスリットを形成しておいた。また、スリットの長辺に平行に、各スリットの中央部を横切って、外径16mmの綿ロープを張り渡し、さらに綿ロープの上に165mm×700mmのカバーシートを配置してスリットを覆い、短辺の一方を残してポリエステル帆布に縫い付けておいた。保温シート全体の厚さは約0.58mmであった。
マタイ(麻袋)と、トラックの荷台用シートとして汎用されているポリエステル帆布とを単に重ねたものを、比較例にかかる保温シートとした。
再生加熱骨材を混合したアスファルト合材を加熱し、2台の9トントラックの荷台にそれぞれ積載した。そして、アスファルト合材の上面を、実施例にかかる保温シートおよび比較例にかかる保温シートでそれぞれ被覆し、シートを車体に固定した。この際、実施例にかかる保温シートはポリエステル帆布の面をアスファルト合材側として配置し、比較例にかかる保温シートはマタイ側をアスファルト合材側として配置した。
各測定部位について、トラックにて走行する前および150分間走行した後のアスファルト合材の温度を下記の表1および表2に示す。表1は実施例にかかる保温シートについての結果、表2は比較例にかかる保温シートについての結果を示している。なお、表に掲載した温度は、測定誤差の影響を除くため、10分間程度の測定温度を平均したものである。
Claims (11)
- ターポリンシートと、複数層の合成樹脂製不織布シートと、ポリエステル帆布の各層がこの順に積層された積層体を有し、前記積層体の端縁の少なくとも一部においては少なくとも前記ターポリンシートと前記ポリエステル帆布とが融着され、前記積層体の端縁の残りの部分においては前記各層が縫合され、
前記ポリエステル帆布には、前記積層体の内部と連通する部位に、貫通孔が形成されていることを特徴とする保温シート。 - 前記積層体の前記ポリエステル帆布には、前記貫通孔を横切って、紐状部材が設けられ、さらに前記紐状部材の上から前記貫通孔を覆ってシート片が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の保温シート。
- 前記ターポリンシートと前記不織布シートは、面ファスナによって相互に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の保温シート。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の保温シートより形成され、前記ターポリンシート側を上方に向けてトラックの荷台の上面を覆うことを特徴とするトラック荷台用シート。
- 前記トラック荷台用シートはトラックの幅方向に分割された2枚の分割シートよりなり、
前記荷台の側あおり板の上端に取り付けられ、前記荷台の上面を開閉可能に覆う飛散防止装置に、前記各分割シートが取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のトラック荷台用シート。 - 前記分割シートには、面ファスナが取り付けられ、前記分割シートは、前記面ファスナによって前記飛散防止装置を構成するパイプフレームに固定されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のトラック荷台用シート。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の保温シートより形成され、前記ターポリンシート側を荷台の外側に向けてトラックの荷台の側面に設けられることを特徴するトラック荷台用シート。
- 前記ポリエステル帆布側の面に、磁石が取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のトラック荷台用シート。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の保温シートが、前記ターポリンシート側を外側に向けて、開口部を有する箱状に形成されてなることを特徴とする保温ケース。
- 前記保温ケースの内部の温度を計測し、記録する温度計測・記録部を有することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の保温ケース。
- 前記温度計測・記録部は、ICタグに前記温度を記録することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の保温ケース。
