Claims (7)
- 原子力設備の熱交換器(2)の二次冷却材により貫流される二次室(6)から運転中に二次室(6)の表面に形成される堆積物(12)を洗浄するための方法において、次の工程、すなわち
熱交換器(2)の二次室(6)から二次冷却材を放出する工程と、
引き続き、二次冷却材の大部分を放出した二次室(6)における堆積物(12)を乾燥し、これにより堆積物を機械的に剥離し易い状態として少なくとも部分的に二次室の表面から剥離する工程と、
乾燥された二次室(6)への化学的洗浄液の装填工程と、を含み、
前記二次室(6)が堆積物(12)の乾燥のため負圧下に置かれ、前記化学的洗浄液が負圧下に置かれた二次室(6)に装填されることを特徴とする洗浄方法。 - 前記化学的洗浄液が40℃乃至160℃の温度に加熱されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記化学的洗浄液が二次室(6)への熱蒸気の導入により加熱されることを特徴とする請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記化学的洗浄液が二次室(6)内で沸騰されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3の1つに記載の方法。
- 前記二次室(6)にある堆積物(12)が少なくとも部分的に洗流によりこの室から除去されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4の1つに記載の方法。
- 前記熱交換器(2)の二次室(6)が主としてマグネタイトを含む堆積物(12)を除去されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5の1つに記載の方法。
- 前記熱交換器として原子力設備の蒸気発生器(2)が洗浄されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6の1つに記載の方法。
