Abstract
Description
図1は、実施形態1に係る固形燃料製造装置10を示す正面図である。固形燃料製造装置10は、図1に示すように、大別して、混合物生成装置10A(混合物生成手段)と混合物乾燥装置10Bとからなる。固形燃料製造装置10は、本実施形態1では、目的地まで輸送する貨物用コンテナ20の室内に設置可能な大きさで構成され、具体的には、例えば、ISO規格に準じた、いわゆる20ftの海上輸送用ドライコンテナ(室内寸法:長さ5.900m、幅2.350m、高さ2.390m)の室内に設置されることを前提に構成されている。

図8に示すように、1つのブレードブラケット71に取り付けられている全てのブレード72が、反時計回り方向に10°程度傾いて取り付けられている。

テスト1では、混合前のキャベツの含水率は92%であったが、キャベツから生成された乾燥可燃物質4の含水率は、乾燥処理開始後6時間で13.5%となり、この乾燥可燃物質4の表面温度は30.1℃であった。また、乾燥可燃物質4は、米一粒の大きさ程度まで破砕され、ペレット状の固形燃料になっていることが確認された。また、テスト1に係る乾燥可燃物質4を分析したところ、キャベツから生成された乾燥可燃物質4の発熱量は、18,800J/gであった。
テスト2では、混合前のみかんの含水率は80.6%であったが、腐食したみかんから生成された乾燥可燃物質4の含水率は、乾燥処理開始後6時間で21.4%となり、この乾燥可燃物質4の表面温度は26.1℃であった。また、乾燥可燃物質4は、概ね0.8cm3程度まで破砕され、ペレット状の固形燃料になっていることが確認された。また、テスト2に係る乾燥可燃物質4を分析したところ、腐食したみかんから生成された乾燥可燃物質4の発熱量は、19,800J/gであった。
次に、実施形態2に係る固形燃料製造装置110について、図16〜図18を用いて説明する。図16は、実施形態2に係る固形燃料製造装置110を示す正面図であり、図16に示す固形燃料製造装置110の平面図を図17に、図16中、F−F矢視位置から見た連続式の回転ドラム130の内部の様子を示す説明図を図18に、それぞれ示す。
次に、実施形態3に係る固形燃料製造装置について、図19〜図30を用いて説明する。図19は、実施形態3に係る固形燃料製造装置230を示す平面図であり、その正面図を図20に、左右の側面図を図21及び図22に、それぞれ示す。なお、図19では、図を見易くするため、ヒートポンプ46の図示が省略されている。
次に、実施形態4に係る固形燃料製造装置について、図23、及び図31〜図33を用いて説明する。図31は、実施形態4に係る固形燃料製造装置310の混合物生成装置310Aを示す側面図であり、その正面図を図32に、平面図を図33に、それぞれ示す。

Claims (6)
- 水分を含む可燃性廃棄物と、該可燃性廃棄物から水分の除去を促す脱水処理剤とが混練した混合物を生成する混合物生成手段と、
円筒状で自転可能に構成され、内部空間に混合物を収容する混合物収容手段と、
前記混合物収容手段に外気を導入する吸気手段と、
前記混合物収容手段からの排気を外部に排出する排気手段と、
前記混合物収容手段を回転させる駆動手段と、
前記駆動手段の動きを制御する制御手段と、
前記混合物収容手段に収容した前記混合物を破砕する破砕手段と、を備え、
前記脱水処理剤は、合成樹脂を含んだエマルションからなる処理剤であること、
前記破砕手段は、前記混合物収容手段の内周壁に沿って配設され、前記混合物収容手段の自転運動により、前記混合物を、前記内部空間の上方に掻き揚げると共に、前記内部空間の上方から下方に自由落下可能な構造で形成されていること、
を特徴とする固形燃料製造装置。 - 請求項1に記載する固形燃料製造装置において、
荷重センサが、前記混合物収容手段を支持する位置に配設され、前記制御手段が、前記荷重センサの検出信号に基づいて、前記駆動手段の動きを制御すること、
を特徴とする固形燃料製造装置。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載する固形燃料製造装置において、
当該固形燃料製造装置は、目的地まで輸送する貨物用コンテナの室内に設置されていること、
を特徴とする固形燃料製造装置。 - 請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1つに記載する固形燃料製造装置において、
前記吸気手段により導入される前記外気の温度が20℃未満である場合、前記外気を、20℃以上30℃以下の範囲で昇温させる昇温手段を備えていること、
を特徴とする固形燃料製造装置。 - 請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1つに記載する固形燃料製造装置を用いて、前記可燃性廃棄物を乾燥させ、破砕してペレット状の固形燃料を生成すること、
を特徴とする固形燃料の製造方法。 - 請求項5に記載する固形燃料製造方法において、
前記可燃性廃棄物は、少なくとも下水汚泥、食品廃棄物、動物の排泄物、または植物性廃棄物のうちの何れかであること、
を特徴とする固形燃料の製造方法。
