Claims (41)
- 無線ネットワーキング環境においてシステムリソースを動的に配分する方法であって、
最初のリソースの集合を少なくとも1つのモバイル装置に割り当てるために、持続性のある非補足リソース割当を、無線ネットワークに接続された前記少なくとも1つのモバイル装置に送信することと、
前記少なくとも1つのモバイル装置が、さらなるリソースを必要としているかを判定することと、
少なくとも1つのさらなるリソースを前記少なくとも1つのモバイル装置に割り当てる補足リソース割当を生成することと、
前記少なくとも1つのモバイル装置に割り当てられたリソースの集合を増強するために、前記補足リソース割当を前記少なくとも1つのモバイル装置に送信することと、
を備え、
システムリソースブロックの指示ビットに、前記非補足リソース割当と前記補足リソース割当の種別をセットすることをさらに備える、方法。 - 前記補足リソース割当を生成することは、すべてのリソースの集合を評価して、利用可能なリソースの部分集合を決定することを備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 補足割当メッセージサイズを最小限にする補足リソース割当のために、前記利用可能なリソースの部分集合から利用可能なリソースを選択することをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 1つ以上のさらなるリソースが、前記少なくとも1つのモバイル装置に対する割当を補足するために必要とされるときに、連続リソースを選択することをさらに備える、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つのモバイル装置のために、連続補足リソース割当を生成することをさらに備える、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 3つ未満のさらなるリソースが、前記少なくとも1つのモバイル装置の割当を補足するために必要とされるときに、非連続補足リソース割当を生成することをさらに備える、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記持続性のある非補足リソース割当の受信を確認することをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記持続性のある非補足リソース割当の受信の確認は、前記少なくとも1つのモバイル装置から前記ネットワークへ確認メッセージを送信することを備える、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記持続性のある非補足リソース割当が、逆方向リンクを介して成功裡に受信および復号化されたという、前記確認メッセージにおける指示を提供することをさらに備える、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記持続性のある非補足リソース割当が、順方向リンクを介して成功裡に受信および復号化されたという、前記確認メッセージにおける確認応答を提供することをさらに備える、請求項8に記載の方法。
- モバイル装置に対するリソース割当を補足するシステムであって、
複数のそれぞれのモバイル装置のために非補足リソース割当を生成する、割当コンポーネントと、なお、前記非補足リソース割当は、その後の非補足リソース割当が、前記割当が対応する前記モバイル装置によって受信されるまで持続される、
前記複数のモバイル装置の中の少なくとも1つの増加リソース要求に関する情報を受信し、前記少なくとも1つのモバイル装置の前記増加リソース要求を満たすために、さらなるリソースを配分するための補足リソース割当を生成する、補足コンポーネントと、
割当メッセージを前記複数のモバイル装置に送信するトランシーバと、
を備え、
前記非補足リソース割当と前記補足リソース割当の種別をセットする指示ビットを有するシステムリソースブロックをさらに備える、システム。 - 前記補足コンポーネントは、前記割当コンポーネントがリソースの部分集合の割当能力(assignability)を制限するメッセージ形式を使用するとき、補足リソース割当を生成する、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記メッセージ形式は、連続ブロック割当技術、チャネル表割当技術、および既知ユーザ順序の割当技術のうちの少なくとも1つである、請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 前記補足コンポーネントは、ブロックインデックスリストおよび連続リソースブロックのうちの少なくとも1つを備える形式において、補足リソース割当を生成する、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- モバイル装置から、前記トランシーバを介して、非補足リソース割当の受信および成功裡の符号化を示す確認メッセージを受信する確認コンポーネントをさらに備える、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記確認コンポーネントは、確認メッセージを送信しないモバイル装置に対するリソース割当を拒否し、拒否された、割り当てられたリソースは、利用可能な状態を保持する、請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 送信コストに関して補足リソース割当の生成の最適化に関する推定を行う人工知能(AI)コンポーネントをさらに備える、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記AIコンポーネントは、補足リソース割当ての生成時において、リソースの可用性に関する情報に少なくとも部分的に基づいて、最も効率的な補足メッセージ形式を推定する、請求項17に記載のシステム。
- リソースは、送信チャネル、周波数、送信タイムスロット、および符号スロットのうちの少なくとも1つである、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- モバイル装置は、無線通信装置を備える、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- モバイル装置は、携帯電話、ラップトップ、およびPDAのうちの少なくとも1つである、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 無線ネットワークリソース管理のための装置であって、
最初のリソースの集合を少なくとも1つのモバイル装置に割り当てるために、持続性のある非補足リソース割当を、無線ネットワークに接続された前記少なくとも1つのモバイル装置に送信するための手段と、
前記少なくとも1つのモバイル装置が、さらなるリソースを必要としているかを判定するための手段と、
少なくとも1つのさらなるリソースを前記少なくとも1つのモバイル装置に割り当てる補足リソース割当を生成するための手段と、
前記少なくともモバイル装置に割り当てられたリソースの集合を増強するために、前記補足リソース割当を前記少なくとも1つのモバイル装置に送信するための手段と、
を備え、
前記非補足リソース割当と前記補足リソース割当の種別をセットする指示ビットを有するシステムリソースブロックをさらに備える、装置。 - 前記補足リソース割当を生成するための手段は、前記無線ネットワークにおけるすべてのリソースを評価して、利用可能なリソースの部分集合を識別するための手段を備える、請求項22に記載の装置。
- 前記補足リソース割当を生成するための手段は、送信オーバーヘッドコストを最小限にする形式を有するメッセージにおいて前記補足リソース割当をさらに生成する、請求項23に記載の装置。
- 前記メッセージは、1つ以上のさらなるリソースが前記少なくとも1つのモバイル装置によって必要とされるとき、および、十分な連続リソースが利用可能であるとき、連続形式において補足リソースを記述する、請求項24に記載の装置。
- 前記メッセージは、前記少なくとも1つのモバイル装置が3つ未満のさらなるリソースを必要とするとき、または、十分な連続リソースが前記少なくとも1つのモバイル装置における検出されたリソースの不足に充足するために利用可能でないとき、ブロックインデックスリスト形式において補足リソースを記述する、請求項24に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つのモバイル装置によって割当が受信されて成功裡に符号化されていることを確認するための手段をさらに備える、請求項22に記載の装置。
- 前記リソースのコンフリクトしている割当を軽減するために、利用可能でないリソースとして、確認割当において記述されたリソースを識別するための手段をさらに備える、請求項27に記載の装置。
- 補足されるあるいは取って代わられるまで持続される、無線ネットワークを介して通信する装置に対する最初の持続性のある非補足リソース割当を提供し、
前記無線ネットワークを介して通信する前記装置に対するリソース割当を評価し、
装置が、さらなるリソースを必要としているかどうか決定し、
完全に取って代わる割当を必要とすることなく、前記装置に対する既存の持続性のあるリソース割当を増強する、前記装置に対する補足リソース割当を提供し、
システムリソースブロックの指示ビットに、前記非補足リソース割当と前記補足リソース割当の種別をセットするためのコンピュータ実行可能命令を記憶したコンピュータ可読媒体。 - 補足リソース割当が装置に対して送信されることを許可する前に、前記装置によって、最初の持続性のある非補足リソース割当の受信を確認するためのコンピュータ実行可能命令をさらに備える、請求項29に記載のコンピュータ可読媒体。
- 補足リソース割当のために利用可能なリソースを評価して、補足割当メッセージサイズを最小限にする補足のリソースの部分集合を選択するためのコンピュータ実行可能命令をさらに備える、請求項29に記載のコンピュータ可読媒体。
- 無線ネットワークを介して通信する装置にリソース割当を補足するための命令を実行するマイクロプロセッサであって、
前記命令は、
前記装置に最初の持続性のある非補足リソース割当を提供することと、
前記装置に関する増加リソース要求を検出することと、
前記装置に対する前記最初の非補足リソース割当を増強する、前記装置に対する補足リソース割当を生成および送信することと、
を備え、
前記非補足リソース割当と前記補足リソース割当の種別をセットする指示ビットを有するシステムリソースブロックをさらに備える、マイクロプロセッサ。 - 無線ネットワークを介して通信するためのモバイル装置であって、
最初の持続性のあるリソース割当を受信して、前記最初の持続性のある非補足リソース割当において識別されるリソースに対する制御を宣言する(assert)コンポーネントと、
増加リソース要求の指示を提供し、補足リソース割当を受信し、前記最初の持続性のあるリソース割当によって、前記モバイル装置に対して割り当てられたリソースの集合を増強するために、前記補足リソース割当における1つ以上のリソースに対して制御を宣言するコンポーネントと、
を備え、
前記非補足リソース割当と前記補足リソース割当の種別をセットする指示ビットを有するシステムリソースブロックをさらに備える、モバイル装置。 - 前記モバイル装置は、携帯電話、スマートフォン、ラップトップ、衛星ラジオ、GPS装置、ハンドヘルドコンピューティング装置、ハンドヘルド通信装置、およびPDAのうちの少なくとも1つである、請求項33に記載のモバイル装置。
- リソース割当の受信を示す確認メッセージを生成して、前記無線ネットワークを介して送信する確認コンポーネントをさらに備える、請求項33に記載のモバイル装置。
- 前記確認メッセージは、前記リソース割当において識別されたリソースが、前記モバイル装置に対して成功裡に割り当てられたかどうかを示す、請求項35に記載のモバイル装置。
- 前記リソース割当は、前記最初の持続性のあるリソース割当および前記補足リソース割当のうちの少なくとも1つである、請求項35に記載のモバイル装置。
- 前記最初の持続性のあるリソース割当は、新しい持続性のある割当および補足リソース割当のうちの少なくとも1つの受信まで、前記モバイル装置によって保持されている持続性のある割当である、請求項33に記載のモバイル装置。
- 前記モバイル装置は、前記補足リソース割当を引き起こすために、前記無線ネットワークに増加リソース要求の指示を提供する、請求項33に記載のモバイル装置。
- 無線ネットワークを介して通信するときに、モバイル装置にリソース割当を補足するための命令を実行する、モバイル装置マイクロプロセッサであって、
前記命令は、
最初の持続性のある非補足リソース割当を受信することと、
増加リソース要求を示すことと、
補足リソース割当を受信することと、
前記補足リソース割当において識別されるリソースを、前記最初の持続性のある非補足リソース割当において識別されたリソースの集合に統合することと、
を備え、
前記命令は、システムリソースブロックの指示ビットに、前記非補足リソース割当と前記補足リソース割当の種別をセットすることをさらに備える、モバイル装置マイクロプロセッサ。 - モバイル装置による使用のためにリソースを確保する方法であって、
前記モバイル装置において、最初の持続性のある非補足リソース割当を受信することと、
前記持続性のある非補足リソース割当において識別されるリソースに対する制御を宣言する(asserting)ことと、
増加リソース要求の指示を提供することと、
補足リソース割当を受信することと、
前記非補足リソース割当から得られたリソースの集合を増強するために、前記補足リソース割当において識別されたリソースに対して制御を宣言することと、
を備え、
システムリソースブロックの指示ビットに、前記非補足リソース割当と前記補足リソース割当の種別をセットすることをさらに備える、方法。
