Claims (7)
- 主樹脂と、
硬化剤と、
Ni、Co、Mn、Fe、Ti、Cu、Al、Zn、及びSnよりなる群から選択される1種以上の単一金属粉末またはこれらの合金粉末を含み、
単一金属粉末または合金粉末の短軸の平均直径Φが、t/3≦Φ≦3t(ここで、tは、塗膜コーティング用樹脂金属組成物をコーティングして乾燥した塗膜の厚さを意味する)であり、
前記樹脂金属組成物中の前記単一金属粉末または合金粉末の短軸:長軸の長さ比が、1:1〜10であり、
前記単一金属粉末または合金粉末が、乾燥した塗膜全体体積の2〜30v/v%で含まれることを特徴とするプレコート鋼板コーティング用樹脂金属組成物。 - 前記Φが、t/2≦Φ≦2tであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプレコート鋼板コーティング用樹脂金属組成物。
- 前記単一金属粉末または合金粉末の平均直径が、0.1〜100μmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプレコート鋼板コーティング用樹脂金属組成物。
- 前記単一金属粉末または合金粉末をシランカップリング剤で前処理した後、非金属含有樹脂組成物に混合するか、または主な樹脂100重量部を基準にして0.1〜10重量部のシランカップリング剤を含有する非金属含有樹脂組成物に前記1種以上の金属粉末または合金粉末を分散させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプレコート鋼板コーティング用樹脂金属組成物。
- 請求項1に記載の樹脂金属組成物が塗布されたプレコート鋼板。
- 前記プレコート鋼板が、付着量10〜2,000mg/m2となるように、クロメート処理、クロムフリー被膜処理、SiOX層処理及びリン酸塩処理法よりなる群から選択されるいずれか1つの方法で前処理されたことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のプレコート鋼板。
- 前記プレコート鋼板コーティング用樹脂金属組成物を塗布した後に乾燥させた塗膜の厚さが1〜20μmであることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のプレコート鋼板。
