Claims (7)
- 폴리에스터 수지, 에폭시 수지, 폴리우레탄 수지, 아크릴 수지, 폴리올레핀 수지, 불소수지, 폴리카르보네이트 수지 및 페놀수지로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 주제수지 100 중량부; 멜라민계 경화제가 1-20 중량부; 카본블랙 및 카본나노튜브 중 1종 이상 1-20 중량부; 금속분말 1-40 중량부; 및 유기화된 점토 0.001-20 중량부를 포함하는 코팅제 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 금속분말은 Al, Cu, Ni, Zn, Fe, Mn, Co, Ti 및 Sn으로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상인 코팅제 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 유기화된 점토는 카올린(Kaolin), 셀펜틴(Ser pentine), 마이카(Mica), 버미큘라이트(Vermiculite), 스멕타이트(Smectite), 필로실리케이트(Phyllosilicate) 또는 이들의 조합인 코팅제 조성물.
- 폴리에스터 수지, 에폭시 수지, 폴리우레탄 수지, 아크릴 수지, 폴리올레핀 수지, 불소수지, 폴리카르보네이트 수지 및 페놀수지로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 주제수지 100 중량부; 멜라민계 경화제가 1-20 중량부; 카본블랙 및 카본나노튜브 중 1종 이상 1-20 중량부; 금속분말 1-40 중량부; 및 유기화된 점토 0.001-20 중량부를 초음파에 의하여 균일하게 분산시키는 단계를 포함하는 코팅제 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한항 기재의 코팅제 조성물로 코팅된 물품.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 물품은 강판, 하드디스크 드라이브, PC 외장재, LCD 케이스, PDP 케이스, 휴대폰, PNP(Plug and Play), 네비게이션, MP3(MPEG 1 Layer 3), 노트북, 목재, 플라스틱 및 세라믹으로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 물품.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 강판은 아연도금 강판인 것을 특징으로 하는 물품.
