Abstract

본 발명은 우수한 용접성, 내식성, 가공성을 갖는 프리코트 강판용 수지 조성물, 이를 이용하여 제조된 프리코트 강판의 제조 방법 및 상기 프리코트 강판에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로 주제수지; 경화제; 및 Ni, Co, Mn, Fe, Ti, Cu, Al, Zn, Sn 및 Fe2P로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 금속 분말;을 포함하되, 상기 금속 분말의 단축 평균 직경(Φ)이 t/3 ≤Φ ≤ 3t 의 조건(상기 t는 상기 조성물을 코팅하여 경화한 후 도막 두께를 나타낸다.)을 만족하는 도막 코팅용 금속 수지 조성물에 관한 것이다. 따라서, 상기 금속 수지 조성물이 코팅된 강판은 우수한 용접성, 내식성, 가공성을 갖는다.
